I overstayed for 13 days while switching from my graduate visa to skilled worker visa due to some miscommunication between me and the company sponsoring me. I have left UK now and am applying for a new skilled worker from outside the UK will my 13 days overstay affect my application. Thank you.

Hello, if I was refused for EUSS (fake gas bill uploaded) will my Spouse visa be affected by that ? Also I was rejected at entrance once(at that time my EUSS application was in pending and I was working legally but I left UK for holiday and on the way back they refused my entrance as I was working).
