Great vid. For me Understanding the problem This is not an issue when I have time but for high pressure situations...within 10 seconds ppl are already offering solutions, so I need to learn to think on the fly.

Hey, I'v found your channel as iv been tasked with fixing the communication issues in my workplace, your channel has a lot of useful information which I am swallowing up (thankyou very much!), but does not address exactly what I'm looking for. Would you be able to recommend anything that focuses on or would be useful for communication issues between night/day shift teams, and day to day shift teams which have a different composition each day? Specifically I need to understand why people are not communicating information, and how to address the reasons. Thankyou very much for all of your hard work creating these videos!

A bit confusing: Are all videos on this channel the same as on your main channel?

No. There are some that have been repeated in the past six months or so but I would say that this organizational communication channel leans towards concepts and theory. The communication coach channel is a little bit of that theory but mostly about practical application. I would say there’s probably a 10% or 15% overlap.

టైలరింగ్ రంగంలో ఎన్నో దశాబ్దాల తరబడి tailor వృత్తి కొనసాగిస్తున్నటువంటి దర్జీలకు. ఈ రెడీమేడ్ అనేది వారికి ఎదురుదెబ్బ లాంటిది. ఎన్నో కష్టాలకు నష్టాలకోర్చి ఏళ్ల తరబడి నేర్చుకొని ఈ టైలరింగ్ వృత్తి నేర్చుకొని ఉంటారు. మరి ఈరోజు ఈ వృత్తిలో చీకటి తెరలు అలుముకుంటున్నాయని చెప్పుకోవచ్చు ముఖ్యంగా చిన్న కారు రైతులు అంటాం కదా మనం అదేవిధంగా. చిన్న కారు టైలర్ గా వర్ణించవచ్చు మును ముందు టైలర్ జీవితాన్ని కాపాడే విధంగా ప్రత్యామ్నాయ లేదా శాశ్వత ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని పలువురు దర్జీ సంఘం అధ్యక్షులు కొరుకుతున్నారు. వయస్సు పైబడే కొద్ది వెన్నునొప్పి,మెకాలు నొప్పులు, కుట్టు మిషను తొక్కెవారికి, తుంటి నొప్పి, ఎముకలు అరగటం, చూపు మందగింటం ఇలా అనారొగ్యంతో బాధపడే దర్జీ కుటుంబంలో అన్ని ఇన్ని కావు.కుటుంబ పరిస్థితి బాగా లేక, మద్యలోనే పిల్లల చదువులు, పెళ్లి లు కూడా ...... ఆపివేయవలసిన పరిస్థితి నెలకొంది.ఈలాంటి పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడిందని ఎవరితో చెప్పుకొలేక .... ఆడపిల్లలు ఉన్న తల్లిదండ్రులు ఆవేదనతో అనారొగ్యంతో దిక్కు తోచని పరిస్థితిలో ఉన్న దర్జీ.జవితాలు రొజు రొజు కి షాపుల్లో బట్టలు కొనుగోలు చేసి టైలర్ దగ్గర కుట్టించి వేసుకోవాలి అన్న మాట వినిపించటం కరువై పొతుంది. ......రెడిమెడ్ దుస్తుల వైపు మొగ్గు చూపుతున్నారు. తద్వారా డొర్ డెలివరీ (గుమ్మంలోనే) ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో....మరి టైలర్ జీవితాన్ని ఎలా నెట్టుకొస్తున్నారు. ✍️ ఈ వ్యాఖ్యానం ప్రతి టైలర్ కి సంబంధించినది కాదు కానీ ఇప్పుడు మిమ్మల్ని కూడా ఆలొచింపజేస్తూంది.రేపు రాబొయే రొజల్లో కొందరికి మాత్రమే వర్తిస్తుంది. పై అంశంలో పొరపాట్లు ఉంటే మాకు మరిన్ని వివరాల కోసం కామెంట్ చేయండి షేర్ చేయండి.
