I have been searching to find out how to grow chrysanthemums and you are the first I have found, after several videos that explained it thoroughly! Thank you!
I enjoyed your explanation on how to grow Barela in New Zealand. I collected 30 seeds last year and watched your video. Last week, following your instructions on scarification, soaking and arranging in paper towels and kitchen towels Im happy to inform you that all 30 seeds germinated, Wow exciting. I tried for many years to grow bitter gourd but had no idea how.
BRAVO!! Excellent video! Great information on harvesting seeds, creating potting mix, size and type of repotting containers, and watering method! Thank you. With your permission I’ll save this video in my horticulture library for future use.
I'm a beginner gardener and I saw a friend had some chrysanthemums in his garbage and because I remembered that some flowers have seeds you can collect after they are dried I took them home but I found no guides on how to harvest seeds until I found this one thank you very much
Thank you Sir for making this video. I have collected dry flowers but didn't know how to collect the seeds. So this video is very helpful. I am surely going to give a try. Looking forward to more such videos. 😊
Hai Sir, You have explained everything so well clear and precise. I had this very thought of why not we grow chrysanthemums like marigolds ! Sir I had a question can we directly plant them in normal gardening potting mix ?

Hi Dr. Surja Prakash Agarwala, greetings from San Francisco California. I would like to tell you that your passion with respect to gardening is very visible in your videos and during these times of cornona virus, I am keeping my kid busy by doing yard work. Your videos have been very instructional for this and we watch them very regularly. Thank you so much for this!
Thank you for this video. I didn't know that the seed may not produce the same color as the mother plant if pollinated by a different color plant. How interesting! Currently I have the yellow and the orange flowering. Excellent information always. Have a beautiful day!
Hibiscus is the same as a pink flowering one can produce white flowers. I have 13 starts from a pink one and have 4 different colors from the new starts. Its weird lol
I'm glad I found this video. I am replacing invasive vine ground covers with perennial flowers and herbs. I want to grow some chrysanthemum alongside Shasta daisies, Rudbeckia, Sage and Thyme.
Hello Surjaji, Appreciate your knowledge. Good to see all your videos showing complete cycle of collecting seeds, sowing, growing and transplanting it. I would request if you also tell viewers which month you are sowing the seeds or planting stem cutting. Because by the time video is published and we see it, most probably season for sowing is gone. I suggest if you can come up with a video with a chart of different flowers with their sowing month/season. Thank You!
@@GardeningismyPassion sir please also suggest the required temperatures for the plants because many of your followers are from India living in the USA. most of my friends who live in California follow you.
Amazing Sir. New idea. Never thought of growing like this way. For the first time, saw the chrysanthemums seeds. Thanks for sharing your unique ideas, tips and gardening techniques time to time.
