Growing Cosmos - No Dig Flower Farm 

Hi Georgia! Looks fabulous. I use an old towel folded up under my knees and that allows me to last a little longer out in the flower field 🤍🤍🤍

I'd recommend to always use padding under your knees. A friend worked for years in a nursery and didn't use padding either and her knees are busted. She has a lot of pain.
