I lived in Phoenix, AZ. We had hibiscus all over. I never thought they were perennials here in Indiana. But they are, so I put several in my yard. They are prettier here than they were in AZ.

Absolutely love these, have a Lord Baltimore that I grabbed when I first saw them at a local garden center. It has been super happy in my yard with very little care for nearly 10 years. ❤

First saw these in a garden in Holland MI, had to add them to my garden, they do a great. What a show!

So freakin' beautifu, i want one or two. All the hibiscus are gorgeous! I want a dark leaf bright bubblegum huge blooms. The bigger the plant the better. I'm getting at least one next year. I had one planted in full sun. Then I had a carport built, which put the plant in almost full shade. It did NOT like being in shade. It sprawled, searching for the sun, with very few blooms. I had to move it after it went dormant in the fall.

I love my Candy Crushes, just not as much as our Oklahoma deer love them. I have to keep mine in the backyard where they won't get munched down, while my neighbor who has different varieties keeps her front yard ones individually fenced. But aside from deer pressure and preferring a bit of afternoon shade once temps hit the 90s, these plants are tough and, once in bloom, will continue blooming till frost.

Got 4 new perineal hibiscus this year 2 starry starry nights, 2 edge of nights and my starry night started blooming last week and it is absolutely huge about 4 ft tall and wide and covered in huge 10 in blooms. You said I think 6 in blooms they are far bigger than that. My edge of night is budding up but not blooming just yet. I’m going to the garden center next week to buy more!

Sugestion: redoing video as plants bloom or insert picture in current video as they bloom. Nothing like the real thing.

Therecis a few proven winners one's I would like to buy if I can find them in my area. I started mines from seed ,but thwy aren't bushy any tips to make it more bushed out? Mines are more like a single stem.. I started the like 2 years ago and this year is the 1st year they make flowers too.

Which one is the earliest one to bloom?
