I started like a hobby growing mushrooms and now I asked my husband to build a green house where I am growing more than 5 different varieties and other five more outside in the garden on logs, I have some videos of it, I just started this year March/2022 this is awesome 🤩
Nice video. I'm growing king oysters for the first time too, but I've prepared the substrate myself with sawdust, wheat bran and coco coir. The first pinning are showing. I'm really excited! Greetings from Uruguay!
I've been eating these for a few weeks and I'm hooked. I'm like you, I don't eat meat and found these are a great substitute. Thanks for the inspirational video.
I just bought several of these from my local Japanese market and was trying to figure out what to do with them. The kelp idea is great! Thank you for the suggestion!
I have to ask: Was that really Margarine that you just added to your pan? And if so a) where did you get it? and b) you know that margarine is incredibly (and I mean really really really) bad for your body, right?
Vegetarian. Not me, but I saw you using tofu. Maybe you could do a series on that. I just bought some to add more protein to my food. I seem to like it, but I am not sure about the different ways to use it.
