Julia, please don't feel pressured into sharing aspects of your personal life. RU-vid is a career, it shouldn't be all-consuming, and you are entitled to your privacy. Obviously if you feel comfortable sharing, then by all means. But don't feel "pushed" into doing so, simply because it's the "done thing" by influencers. Taylor Wynn is a RU-vidr that appears to have gotten the balance right. She does share aspects of her personal life, while respecting the privacy of her loved ones. For example, she's spoken about how she and her boyfriend met, but she's never revealed his identity. Her dad has done a few videos on her channel (he's a hoot!), but her mom has never appeared. I just wanted to tell you not to feel pressured to share, beyond what you are comfortable sharing xo
i'm also an infj-t (no matter how many times i've done it since 2014)!!! and i completely agree w/ the accuracy and i'm the exact same throughout high school (in terms of being reserved) + cutting people out immediately when they wrong me in conclusion: we are the same person :') love you!

I laughed about the wind chimes. I have several and they have different sounds and I love the combination of sounds. I am disabled and spend much of my time alone and the chimes sort of keep me company especially on gloomy days. 🙂

In regard to getting out of your comfort zone by trying to be a social butterfly, absolutely a valuable learning experience and worth exploring as it can help build and nurture relationships but on the other side of the coin you love yourself for who you are- don't forget about the things that make you you. It is not wrong to want to be alone. Contrarily, I think it is telling of your confidence in that you are comfortable being alone with your own thoughts and experiences. Try new things if that is congruent with how you want your life to be and don't feel pressured to be super social if that's not your jam.
I'm so sorry you broke up with your boyfriend. You are handling it so well. I'm so proud of you for being so empowering and positive. I get lost in my own thoughts when I read as well. My therapist told me I have too much going on in my mind. It helps to write before bed and or as soon as you wake up. Without thinking about grammar or worrying about anyone reading it. It's just a way to empty your head. It has helped me so much. I wish i could be your friend in real life. You seem like such a cool down to earth person. Loved this makeup look!!! I would love more videos like this. It's always very soothing to watch you because you don't have a super high pitch voice like some other you tubers. Hi Julia. I am happy to see that your found your path in makeup. You make me think about me 15 years ago when I quit my computer scientist job to open a private paiting school close to Ottawa. I owned it for 12 years to than move in Florence Italy to fullfill a dream of mine of being an painting restorer, retouching 400 years old painting. I did it. Met my italian husband there and we moved back in Canada ( I moved back he just moved :-). I recently discovered a passion for makeup. I believe my main passion is colors, brushes..... So I translated my knowledge and expertise in painting and art restoration in makeup artist. Knowledge about color theory, chemestry, detail work and so on. I had a depression when we moved in Canada because I could not do anything creative. So one day my husband told me why don't you become a makeup artist... a light just popped in my head. Just want to share this phrase. Btw I think you are the feminine version of Hindash makeup artist. the 16personalities one is very dichotomous, I would recommend looking into the functions. You might find it's more helpful, if not I would recommend enneagram since it doesn't really box in people.

I so agree with your take on JS cosmetics,the bulky packaging of his palettes has always been a turn off for me and I never thought about it in the sense of him not being an mua curating his products. I prefer sleek packaging personally :-)
Didn't realize you were only 23. Makes sense, that good fresh skin! You do have a more mature presence. I'm always shocked when people say their lives didn't change with pandemic because EVERYTHING about mine changed. Being a single mover/shaker extrovert without a job or family really sucks. I feel like honestly most of the Canadian beauty you tubers just sit up in Canada being all chill & not getting into drama. I feel the same about Jeffree Star, like even if he wasn’t running it just the products don’t appeal to me (except for like some lip colours are cute but I can find them in other brands & formulas so not really a big deal)
