as incredibly tempting as it is to start going out in public again as soon as we’re allowed, i think it’s so important to recognize that our leaders unfortunately don’t always have our best interests at heart. businesses are opening for the sake of the economy, not for public health. there is no indication that covid cases would have lessened at all without social distancing & other similar measures. so if we start going out for inessential business, it’s an unfortunate fact that covid cases WILL increase, whether or not our governments tell us it’s safe. i sincerely hope this didn’t come off as preachy, but overall, i’m just trying to say that going out right now is no more safe than it was a month ago, both for us and for the employees that may be coerced into working right now. if you took the time to read this, thank you so much & i loved the video!
I feel exactly the same. I’m afraid people think that covid19 is no longer a concern. That’s not true... Everyone needs to remember to keep taking the same precautions. You can still get covid19, and you can still spread it to others if you get it. (Even if you don’t care about getting it, other people do. Please be thoughtful. Your choices effect other people. - Just speaking to anyone in general, who may think this way.)
This is a great point to highlight. Businesses reopening does not mean things are "going back to normal". Businesses are reopening so that we do not trigger a depression. We all need to realize that the risks of catching the virus are the same as the have been since the beginning and should continue to take precautions as well as limit our non-essential trips. Things will not "go back to normal" until we all have access to a functional vaccine. Like the OP, not trying to be preachy, just pointing out that our government does not provide us with real factual information these days since they have prioritized the economy above public health (which is not a clear decision to begin with). Cases will get worse again and we may shut back down. Ebb and flow until we have a vaccine. Just trying to help stop the spread of miss-information and not encouraging people to go wild now that we are re-opening.
P.s. that Tower 28 "bronzer " looks stunning on you. I would use it as a sunburn look. I love it. I wish they would come out with more blushes as well. Pinky and light coral please.
Yes!! Can you do a video about what hair extensions you use and your experience? I want to try them out but there’s so many different kinds it can kind of be overwhelming. It’d be nice to see your hairdresser in it as well if she’s comfortable with that!
Love it to bits!! The bronzer has that kind of perfect and ultra-realistic look of getting color both over time and very recently - like you live at the beach all summer. There's a depth to it that's hard to put my finger on. It looks like ... sun color. 😂🌞 Anyway, it's beautiful. Definitely keep using that!
I think the tower 28 bronzer looks great on you. I don’t see it pulling red. Your skin just looks really healthy and bronzed like you’re on vacation at a sunny destination. Beautiful look!

Hi Julia, I don’t know how I missed this video, but I did. Your look today is stunning! That bronzer wouldn’t work on my skin tone as I’m very fair, with a cool undertone. On you it looks great! You need to wear that this summer!! Things here in the US are slowly opening up. I live in the Midwest about 3 hours south of Chicago. Salons are all open & restaurants are slowly opening. I did get my hair done. OMG something so simple can make you feel like a new person!! 😊💚
My current liquid bronzer is also super red, but I grew to really like it because it truly does mimic the sunkissed (or shall I say burnt haha) look! And sometimes I just go heavier on the cheeks and skip blush

Here in Warsaw they just opened all beauty salons and hairdressers and next week all gyms and cinemas as well as tattoo studios are coming obv with restrictions but after seeing so many people struggle esp tattoo artists I’m looking forward for them to get back on their feet. The Iconic Nude lipliner is my favorite lipliner besides a Patrick Ta one, because its so rare to find a neutral lipliner because most of the ones on the market are either really warm or pink toned 🙈

In NYC, we are still quarantined. We can go out but we have to wear masks and observe social distancing. We won't be able to get back to normal for months
I live in Australia, we have opened up a lot but I am kind of expecting a second wave as when I go out no one is social distancing which is so damn frustrating. I have a horrible immune system, so it’s still scary. I am hopefully going to get my hair done soon which I am looking forward too, although turns out they never actually closed which I thought they did because rules were confusing for a while there.
That red bronzer is perfect for a natural tan look. People don't realize that they're NOT a dark yellow color when they tan. I threw out all of my yellow toned bronzers.

When I first got the Tower 28 Bronzino in West Coast I felt the same as you, that it was too red however I have been using it for a few weeks and I have fallen head over heels in love with it. It gives me the fresh off the beach/lake look that I haven't had in years, as I now avoid sun damage as much as possible. When I use my "Holy Grail" Nude Stix Bondi Bae, I still find myself going over it with Bronzino because I'm addicted to the way I look when I wear it.

Here in Berlin everything is going back to normal way too quickly in my opinion. Don’t get me wrong, I personally like being able to shop and go out again but I‘m trying to be very careful. The government is clearly doing it for the economy and not because the situation is actually normal again. I‘m afraid that there might be a second lockdown soon because of this economy centric behaviour.
I’m in Manitoba and things are opening up as well. there’s only 17 active cases right now I think, and no cases are in the hospital/ICU. edit: I’m obsessed with how that Guerlain foundation looks 😍😍
Loved this look, because I wear eyeliner everyday and this look is simple but fun and I want to try it! I really like your earrings too, where did you get them? Hier in Italy we are slowly going back to normal life. Shops and hairdressers are now open. We can see our family members and friend, but we have to keep the distance, do not took each other, wear our masks and we cannot assemble. But life is starting to go back to normal. I'm in SK, we're in phase 2 of reopening. My job is in phase 4 so that'll be interesting to see what happens. There's only a few active cases in my city so the timing is OK as long as people still social distance, but in our northern regions they are catching up and having their main outbreaks now so we'll see what happens.

It's weird but that bronzer looked sooooo good after! At first I was like ehhh it's extremely red but I feel like maybe it meshed in with your skin after a bit. Idk what happened but maybe it is the wave technique it made you look so bronzer like it was a real tan! I personally always wear bronzer all over. Idk why everyone just pretty much contours only but bronzer is meant to be used all over where the sun actually hits you to make you look tan not just contoured. But I don't look good contoured because I already have such high check bones that I have a really big indent where people contour under the cheeks. I also don't wear foundation so I don't need to add dimension just warmth!
