@@TheAwast2 Of Course do the GSG9 operate in foreign Countries. Primarily they were founded for special operations, and they 1st Mission was the hostage rescue in Mogadishu Somalia 1977, since then they operate inside and outside of Germany.

Mate SAS is the best special force in the world. They’re also military. Gsg9 and gign are mainly specialised police units I don’t think they participate in wars but correct me if I’m wrong.
I am just sad that people are sooo toxic, I love my country just like every one else loves his coutry. It hurt to see people writing bad things about my country. Not every one but some. I'm don't have anything against people just because their from North korea (for example) Infact my exchange program to the US just got canceled because of Corona. OF course they are. SWAT officers are not exclusivly SWAT. They are normal patrol officers until shit goes down. GSG9 SEK and KSK officers are fully employed and have more frequent and deeper training. So you cant really compare the two. If you want a comparison the KSK is a lot like Devgru (Seal team 6) or Delta Force
@@thehighgroundhimself736 The GSG9 is a federal police unit with an anti-terror focus, SEKs are state police special branches and the KSK is the main part of germany's Tier1 military special forces. The KSK has a very different field of operations than the GSG9 or SEKs.
@Marvin Es the cqc fight scene is from ksk...the scene where they came out of water is ksm and the clip with the atv is also ksk or ksm ...so most of the clips are gsg9 yes...but some are Military

Hab die mal in meiner schule in action gesehen, eine Lehrerin wurde mit einem messer bedroht, (von einem Hausmeister oder sowas, der der Meinung war die wären für einander bestimmt etc. die Lehrerin hat nie mit ihm gesprochen) zuerst haben wir nur ein lautes schreien gehört und unser Lehrer so "ey die streiten da drüber lasst mal hören xD" man konnte von unserem Klassenraum in den Korridor von einem anderen Gebäudeteil schauen und aufeinmal ist ein Spezialkommando mit Sturmgewehren im korridor aufgetaucht und ist dort entlang gesneaked.. unser lehrer fands dann nicht mehr so lustig :D.. edit: gab auch mehrere Zeitungsartikel vom 24.07.2009

Ich verwette einen 10er darauf dass es nicht die GSG9 der Bundespolizei war, sondern wahrscheinlich ein SEK, welches in deiner Umgebung in Bereitschaft steht.

The title is wrong tbh. GSG9 is part of the german Bundespolizei, the police force of the federal government (the majority of the german police belongs to the state owned Landespolizei, one for every german state like Bavaria etc.) The Bundespolizei, just like the Landespolizei, is, under normal circumstances, not protecting the fatherland. The german police forces are protecting the german people, while the Bundeswehr (the german military) is fighting enemies of the state / protecting the fatherland. GSG9 is NOT a military unit, unlike SAS for example. This separation of armed forces is very important in germany and must be very, very clear, mostly for historic reasons. In theory, the Bundespolizei could even clash with the Bundeswehr should they attack the civilian population of germany. A more accurate title would be GSG9 - To protect the people.
