Excellent tutorial! How many miles has your bike done? I've just bought a 1994 bike with 39,000 miles on the clock, so I'm a little concerned about what could go wrong with it. Like you, I have never taken a motorbike apart.
you will find that the emusifier jet under the main jet is bent due to tightening the jet to tight they are just niped up to seal the oring good video well done
Just rebuilt two sets of GSXR400 carbs. Interesting, the grey plastic slide carrier would not come out of the carb body on mine. Apparently there is an o-ring at the base of it?
