GT Omega Racing When are you guys gonna release the flight stick mounts for the Pro in the US? I’ve been waiting a long time. If they aren’t coming I’ll just get two extra shifter mounts and tape the sticks to them or something. Idk..

Sure, so for the mounting position there's not a lot we can do for the current build without having an arm coming outward which could have stability issues which is not ideal for monitors at all. Using the Art Monitor stand instead however is a better solution. It's free standing and can be placed over the top of the cockpit to allow you to have screens closer to your face!

I have had strengthen the rig with 2x1 steal and reinforce the wheel plate to stop side ways and vertical movement now it's a lot more ridgid .

@@stephenhansford3454 I don't have any problem with rigidity. My problem is the lack of pedal position adjustability. I need to slide my pedals towards me a bit more.

I had the same issue. So I drilled holes in the side plate to bring the peddles closer it is now about 9 inches closer.

The height of the wheel can be adjusted. As well as the seat can be moved back and forth.

The seat can go up and down a bit too. And this looks like he has it at max height...

In my opinion, the Pro is the better cockpit. In general, feels more sturdy, more versatile, and feels more like a complete package.

Man... I WISH there was a Micro Center near where I live. The closest Micro Center is like a 6 hour drive away...

I can't speak for the Playseat Challenge, but I should be getting the new revision to the F1GT rig next month to review :)

Bro im 6'4 265 and this seat is the move.....and u can chill in this rig for hours and be comfortable def the move to make if u are getting out of the playseat

This was a struggle for me with quite a few "Inclined" cockpits (like this and the Simetik K2). If you fit the right size, then it can really work well. However, myself at 5'7", I struggle with them, either too low a wheel, or right up in my chest!

@@Simracingpaddock je comprends moi j'ai du couper les pieds du support qui sert à relié la plaque ou est fixée mon pédalier et avec une fraiseuse dans mon atelier raccourcir le tout puis le souder car le pédalier heusinkveld arrivait plus haut que le siège du cockpit et donc inutilisable maintenant je vais regarder si je dois faire des entretoise pour monter le siège puisque d'origine on ne sait pas modifier cela! a refaire je passe sur un profil alu plutôt que de devoir changer tant de chose pour un produit soit disant fini....

Jamiedh303 hell no!! If you can not afford the 40x40 rigs then I would recommend simetik rig if you live in Europe because delivery cost outside EU is nuts. I know simetik can handle the OSW as that is what I use for my osw wheel. I had to drill 4 holes to mount it but works perfectly!

Simetik K2 is the way to go indeed, the GT Omega cockpits have a lot of flex. The Simetik cockpits are also better adjustable.

No its no why strong enough to have dd. it's basically the omega wheel stand, but has the seat mount attached. the only thing that it is better than the omega pro is being able to mount all pedals the pro you can't invert t3pa pro pedals apart from that get the pro with the rs9 seat much better biuld quality an strength but it all goes on your budget

I have a 20nm OSW connected to my art rig. It is strong enough to take the weight easily. It can withstand the forces without breaking but be warned it does have a LOT of flex. Given the choice, the ART is not a rig I would buy again. It was initially purchased for a T500rs. It has too much flex and weird adjustablility as mentioned in the video. Will look at other options myself when the funds are there.

I just got the Simetik K2 and it's amazing. Really sturdy and no flex. I use it with an OSW and love it. I moved from a GT Omega wheelstand with the added back piece but it was terrible. Lots of flex and very flimsy. Buy the Simetik. You'll love it.

At least 27 inch in my opinion, and move it as close to wheel as possible.

Great. I have a 27" Dell gaming monitor that is very nice. I was hoping to get started using one as the cost of this monitor was kinda high. I have a less than ideal setup when I use my PC to race and am looking for a better solution. This rig in the review doesn't look like the answer really. Thanks for the reply.
