Great work. People who say this is cheated dont understand how much it takes to shove like 40 seconds of a fast x1 lap. Reactions have to be 3 times faster when trying to do a perfect lap with this hacked car. The usual 3:20 records are no comparison to this at all this is a totally different level of speed and difficulcy.
thank you, a fast car doesn't equal a fast lap time, most of the people complaining about the hack probably can't drive the normal X1 around the 'ring.

It's theoretical top speed is actually "311mph" and I quote it because they say this multiple times in the game and this is equivalent to 500kph. I have an Indianapolis Red Bull X2010 setup that averages over 490kph easily and reaches over 515kph by itself on the oval track, not even mentioning Route 7 of X. But it is obviously true the car in this video is modded but I just wanted to correct you on the actual theoretical top speed even though that's not your original point.
Yes its stupidity at the most terrible level. When PD releases a car everyone says a good lap with it takes skill but the same does apply for a hacked car. But as soon as people read "hack" they disable their brains and call everything a cheat. If PD had made the x1 that powerful right away all those haters would go nuts about how awesome your laptime and driving is.
Only started playing GT5 again 4 days ago and already got a sub 3:30 in the X2010 S. Vettel with very near stock setup. I'll try to master Nordschleife on GT5 so I can get a legit time. I've already gotten all Gold medals for the Sebastien Vettel X Challenge within 2 days but Nordschleife will be a much bigger pain to master :/
That top speed...🤣 I did 2:59.771 with a version of the X2010 that has 2078 hp and 518 kg in Assetto Corsa during my first session. Will see how close to 2:54.419 I can get there. I tried it in the Tomahawk, it feels more unstable than this and harder to get a good lap time out of it, the acceleration isn't there you just have to be ON the entire time.
Why call it the world record when it’s not official because it’s been hacked? It really should be legitimate (Unless there is a record sheet for hacked cars).
actually it is the 102,000HP X1 that was circulating around early on when the hybrids came out, i reduced the engine to 50% because it was undrivable at anything else, that's also why i kept it in 7th the entire time, any other gear and it just spins out from loss of traction even on softs.
