37:30 was an interesting one. I was in the Penumbra and was checking cars that Alex likes. Before we'd had the description of Alex wearing a red polo shirt so I see a red shirt and block the car. I look at the character and say hey this guy looks a lot like Alex. The F620 comes over as well and just as we were about to drive off Alex went into reverse. The reason why I didn't get out was because I genuinely didn't think it was because he wasn't in a polo shirt.
Might not be possible but if a few of the hunters could film their POV's and you could include the odd edit to see things from their perspective it would add a brilliant dynamic to the videos
it's the running commentary that impresses me as much as the chase. Driving with such accuracy and giving a detailed account of what he is doing deserves high praise.
Honestly, I play this channel while I am at work all day at times. Just a fun guy to listen to. Dude should seriously consider being a full-time play by play announcer. I don't even care to watch racing and I watch his racing videos.

Seriously though he does have a talent so much so that other members of his pack leave him to always be the fox! And of course he is extremely British with his therapeutic punctuated laughs as well as educated politeness. There is a big earning potential with this concept. With GTA 5 Online the variables are endless it's a shame the software is a little constricting . Yes R* can quite easily build an online infrastructure to make a fox hunt type game but it's the personalities behind the day to day running that makes it a success or not.
@@slicedpage What do you mean "the personalities behind the day to day running"? Are you talking about the other members in the crew and players in the Hunt? If so, absolutely. Timid Ninetails might be my favorite that I never get to hear. Dude always seems to be in the top couple positions during races. Whoever came up with Crash Alley and the addition of the boosts, Ewan I think, was one of the funniest things ever. InvisibleAK (Chris I think?) is also pretty funny too since he's always the first to crash, LOL. There are others, but all your community makes me wish I owned GTA on Xbox. If it were possible, whoever is the neutral party that has the map up (we see it in the "Discussing the STH edition) should record the audio of the hunters. Then Alex could upload a third video with just that audio over Alex's STH recording of himself. It'd be fun to hear it from their perspective. I've done a couple of STH with a small group of friends (6 or so) and we play in Paleto Bay for the smaller map. It's quite hard sometimes explaining what you're doing and where while you're doing it, let alone when you're deep into a chase trying to focus. Can't speak for everyone, but I think I'm right when I say that I think we'd all love to hear from the players that we usually don't get to listen to.

There have been countless times when he specifically said the damage on cars isn't synced, so something that appears like a small dent for one player appears like serious damage to another, and he also claimed countless times that could also apply to the smashed window...
great advice I got from my dad: "In real life (at least) if you think someone is following you, try and turn either right or left 4 times. By turning in the same direction 4 times you'd be where you started. If someone's still behind you following, they are a threat." Works for GTA Online as well I suppose

Quick tip: If you press the horn for half a second at any traffic stop, the traffic light will change to green in around 5 seconds or less. Another tip: If you break your driver window, point your middle finger out the same window; it will roll down what's left of the broken window and destroy the shards of glass to make it look like your window is naturally open.

Alex talked a bit about this idea during his livestream today. As interesting as this idea may sound to us, it actually isn't. Some hunters don't see Alex throughout the whole duration of a hunt. That would make an interesting video seeing someone powercruising through Los Santos, listening to loads of swearing and cursing and whatnot on the X... ;)
There is one vid where he is the hunter and has to hunt 16 players, can't remember how it went. Would be good too have hunter video for the follow up episode that will come in a few days time,would be awesome to see.
@@spotfist5056 Hunt the survivors is good too. Not as good as GTAV Survive the Hunt because there's not much traffic to blend into. Not quite as strategic. But again, they are good, under-rated.
One of my best sticky-bomb tricks I offer for free: throw your bomb on other cars. Far easier to track one going in to same or opposite direction than trying to time it on the street. Add: Not that I've compared all of them, but the player walk is substantially noticeable from the very stiff NPC walk. That and losing the beard for facial hair. Head hair, unless you're on the beach, the more generic the better. One other thing you could try other than beeping is giving the finger at lights or roadblocks if you get a hunter. The AI does that to me all the time. =D My personal pick, if you get lucky, is the Baller for SUVs. They're quick enough, handle well and are 4 wheel drive for off-road excursions. The area east of Mission Row on the same street with the Los Santos Customs under the bridge is a popular spawn area.
Epic STH Alex... Suggested new game mode: @ 1:03 you always say at the start, you couldn't survive 24hours running flat out, but how long could you last? Have a running clock, stay in you start car and run till you die. You could still change cars but would have to go full speed..... Could be fun, would be intense.
I think we could call ourselves lucky if we get a ten minute video out of that idea. Especially if you expect him to comment what's going on while driving.

Jason Simnov I think what Iron tried to say is that the people on the FiveM server (of course PC players) don’t have that urge to blatantly hate consoles just because they think they’re on the better platform. And AFAIIK, FiveM is only present on PC

This appeared in my recommended and I haven’t watched a FailRace video in about 2-3 years and the only thing missing was the old intro. I still absolutely love this channel.
Shouldn't have gone back on yourself after swapping to the G-Wagon. If they found your car, anything near by would be checked, and by going back on yourself, you exposed yourself to challenges and checks by the maximum possible number of hunters. Going west would still incur the risk of checks, but by fewer people, and with lower risk.
But to be fair that first car seemed to spot him they way he came out of that street. It turned around immediately. Had nothing to do with finding his car he abandoned for the G-Wagon in that situation. Still not the best idea to drive into them (unless you get away with it). Also not the best car to take. There are always tons of sports cars in the driveways, and he takes that thing. I've never gotten into one of those while playing GTA. Not even in story mode or before I could afford a car in online. There are so many better ones everywhere you can take. Certain cars belong to the AI only and no respectable player should ever get into them.
I'm so sad this is once a month treat. I watched whole series in only few days and I adore it. It's game mode I would play if it was official, but because it isn't I'll have to stick around until 1st of September
Please post a list of the rules, including which cars are acceptable, so that we can recreate this without arguing over which cars the hunters can drive. 😂🤣

I like the snitch idea. It means if the video is shorter than the ~51 minute mark, we don't know for sure if you lost or won. Also, you should get a heart rate monitor and an on-screen graphic.

I don’t know if it would be against the rules but you should try holding DOWN D PAD and taking you to the character selection screen then going onto a story mode character(anyone it won’t matter) then as if your gonna go into story mode and when you get the alert press B and the car will stop dead no matter what speed you were travelling at. I think it would be pretty good at confusing them and getting away from them quickly
Nah, it would be quite boring imo, only having a single target. Most of the video would be trying to find the target, and an occasional race to get them
Survive the hunt strategy for hunters get the bus with a platform that you can stand on the bus when it is moving And you can shoot every car you see. :edit aka the party bus
Still think Chris being inept in the blomp is great, I just find Alex Stevie is above in the chopper get to a set of lights n Chris crashes the blomp into Stevie's chopper killing them both 😂
watched like 4h of this stuff. cant believe how entertaining it is. i mean i can tell how it went by the length of the video. but this doesnt even diminish the entertainment.
