Mann, i got scammed for the concords in 2012. dude hit me with the “your PayPal will be updated when you send the shipping information”. I listed them for 200 and buddy was willing to give me $500 for them, I’m 15 at the time so I’m thinking it’s a come up. I called my sister to hurry up and get me from school cuz i gotta get these shoes shipped. I hit bro back like i got the tracking number where is the PayPal? No answer 😭, wanna talk about HURT?? I used my OWN money to buy them shoes man I’ll never forget it.

Bro bro, if you are leasing the building then I wouldn’t upgrade it since you’re moving to New York. If you purchased the building then it would be worthwhile to upgrade it so when you move to New York you have positive equity in it and can sell it to make some money. Keep grinding !
