I have to say that "airboats" was the most unexpected answer. But I love the honesty of just saying what interests _you,_ rather than trying to figure out what might appeal to the masses. And I have to admit that I _am_ curious how Luke will use an airboat (one word, btw) to screw up and lose a future OXmas challenge to Ellen! You _know_ it's coming! 😀
I understand this was kind of thrown together, but I’m really digging this looser, slightly wilder style of video. It mostly just reminds me that I like the OX team and would watch pretty much whatever they’re making
I came into the comments to basically say the same thing! Obviously super excited for GTA 6, but also really loving this video style! I loved the vlogs from Disney and Universal too, wish they'd do more of these!
I don't remember much about the landscape in Vice City (or IRL Miami for that matter) but I hope there are at least two mountains so Luke and Ellen can go up the wrong one again for Christmas 2025
The character models look incredible in the trailer, so I hope that carries over to the actual gameplay. It'd be nice to have a simultaneous launch on all platforms.
Mike, we were also struck by that and talking about the way the animation (wobbly bits) works and the look of the npcs and characters. They look like real people!
Rockstar absolutely deserved to have their intended premiere date and time. It feels exactly like they took a snapshot of life in Florida. Or the pieces of Florida that make it to national news. Or at least a caricature of Florida. OK, I've never been to Florida, but this is how Florida looks to the rest of the world.
I have viewed the specific footage many times now, in great detail, and I think you'll find, Mike, on closer examination, that they are in fact, two very distinctly different twerking animations. 😇

I was disappointed Read Dead Redemption 2's epilogue didn't involve Sadie Adler becoming the playable character. John building his house was sweet and all, but playing as bad*ss Sadie in an epic revenge firefight would have been great. I hope this new character lives up to the hype.

@jonathansmith7306 GTA games are set in really big cities. Big cities = Lots of people. When there is more people there is more of everything, including crime. I don't know where your argument came from, but definitely not from a place of fact based reasoning.

How do I tell Google that I'm not interested in GTA6 at all (even though I clicked) but instead that I'm just interested in the OX gang and this apparent new format where Jane is seemingly the lead anchor!
GTA5 was essentially one blob of land. Using a boat wasn't really necessary, or interesting. GTA6, however, it looks integral to exploring. So many little islands, keys, everglades, Vercetti Estate (or whatever they call it now)...I cannot wait to explore it all.
I am Florida born and raised and my wife was raised in Key West Florida so we are so excited to basically be able to play GTA in our home! Looks amazing!
Tom Petty's Love Is a Long Road makes me excited for the soundtrack. You can spend a LOT of time listening to the radio in these games. Going to Miami again, I think they know that have a lot to live up to (I mean Vice City had the best soundtrack, am I right?).
If it's really going to be 2 protagonists Bonney& Clyde style, being a Rockstar game, they probably gonna betray the heck out of each other later in the game.
Provide it not for first coop game in gta series as implied in trailer they work together for heist big and small as seen when both had gun in what probably early game heist.
Remember the Dead Rising 3 trailer, on Outside XBox? Go watch that after you finish this video here, it needs some more views. But remember how good that trailer looked? Think I'll wait to get excited about graphical improvements until I see the actual game on consumers' systems. Preferably, my PC.
The only thing I'm hyped about is saving money. Rockstar doesn't want my money for the PC version so I'll go in halfsies on a PS5 copy with the roomie, play the story, and be done before the PC version releases. I can't get hyped for a game that's over a year out.
you know something is important when they are out on the streets filming for a thing, i wonder what all the people walking past them thought, like Andy i too hope it the story will be good and like Ellen yes to playable female protag, why has it taken this long, espically when there are multiple playable characters in a single game. it's way to early to tell a lot of things but i wonder how many important npcs we have seen in this trailer
Where there's water, there needs to be a submarine, and it needs to have an alligator, either with you being able to play as that alligator while piloting the submarine, or it being a crewman walking around. A yacht with an alligator steering it would not go amiss either. And the aforementioned air boat as well, with an alligator, of course.
Vice City was the first GTA game I've ever played, so I'm quite interested in this one! I'm weirdly invested in how the environment will be presented- what's will the area surrounding "not-Miami" like? GTA V did a great job showing us what's outside the big city (and that's it's not just more people in different clothes)- hope we'll see more of that
Might find a poster like they did with GTA 3 in the Vice City hotel room, but they switched universes back in GTA IV unfortunately. So we likely won't ever see Tommy or CJ or anyone else ever again.
@@bustinarant We're more likely to see a cameo from at least one GTAV character (Like Johnny from The Lost and Damned's cameo in V where he gets killed by Trevor).
For me, first watch, it was the airboats too... and seeing the gators, this means they will have their own mini version of the Everglades Swamps in the game, so definitely all about exploring that via airboat!
I'm probably an anomaly in that I've never really been that enamored with GTA, or even Rockstar games in general. I loved RDR2, but that's about it. It's likely I'm going to be forced to buy this by my sister so we can at least play the new Online together, but for once I'm sort of intrigued by the premise of the main game.
The super long development time between games like GTA, Fallout, Skyrim etc means that a lot of players will be getting on in age by the time they get to play these amazing sequals

Ever since GTA 4 released I have been hoping a few things. One: we return to Vice City. Check! Two: Have a female lead character. Double check! Extra wish mode: we find out the girl is the Daughter of Mercedes and Tommy Vercetti! What a way to tie in the last time we were in Vice City by picking up the legacy of a favorite character. ( And it would be a great nod to the late Ray Liotta.❤) Just my thoughts.
Did anyone notice the scene with the bridges? No way could that yacht fit under them. And don't get me started on the container ship, who'd design a port with no easy in or out for large ships?!?!?! :D
Reminds me of when rdr2 was coming out!! Hope you guys re play gta 4, it’s dlcs and gta V. I would watch u guys play through both games to get ready for GTA 6. Like you did with Marston Mondays with rdr
I don’t know if I want a Red Dead level of emotional story in a GTA game. Out of all the GTAs the only game I would think of getting close to that would be 4, considering how Niko could lose one of two people he cares about the most. I’d like for them to maintain the satirical weirdness of the series.
