Graphics and map- definitely GTA V Physics and details- GTA IV. I hate GTA IV graphics. Every thing is so dark and feels sad. Also it has almost no flora/fauna.
and oh another one that i just recently discovered (it's too cool to not to be shared lmao) niko can actually hangs on a moving vehicle's door too but it's very rare and hard to do.
Many people hate Grand Theft Auto IV, but in my opinion in 2008 this game was an absolute step forward in the gaming industry, it had features that no other game had. I personally played it for the first time in 2013, and i never regret it, maybe because till then i always played gta vice city for 5 years in a row xD, but i actually still like this game, because even in 2020 it has for example some deamn good physics that no other game has, not even the unrealistic physics of GTA 5 is comparable to the ones we have in GTA 4. Yes, the world is pretty grey and sad, but that's how actually NY is in autumn!
As a long time GTA fanboy, GTA:IV is my 2nd favorite GTA, only after SA. And I've played every GTA since III :D Totally agree on the physics part, IV's physics was the best imo, especially the car handling. People say it's very "boaty", but try doing some of the stuff you do in GTA IRL and, well, the cars will behave the same-ish way. After all, taking a super sharp turn at 40 mph will make any car lean at least a little!
Yep, after Steam uploaded the GTA IV complete edition I purchased it again and I have been playing it since then, GTA V is somehow a big step back compare to IV.
It's not the same as GTA IV, in GTA V you cannot choose whether keep engine running or turning it off. It's totally conditioned to the player actions because if you're in a rush, you always will leave car's engine running but at any other case it will be turned off . Meanwhile, in GTA IV, it depends totally on what the player chooses just pressing a button a little longer, no matter what situation is happening
@@mik13ST While I fricking love Linux, it's still not there yet for games. Proton/SteamPlay & Lutris are amazing but they're not perfect (yet). Really hope Linux starts dominating though.
@@Synthentic Valve SteamPlay (Proton) plus DXVK made a huge step. Praise GabeN. I can play GTA V with only about 15% worse performance and a bit (30%) higher VRAM usage (probably caused by DXVK).
@Double Darrel Do you seriously drive ? I mean, no, GTA IV cars are real soaps. You don't drift like that in real life bro. Definitely not. GTA V cars aren't realistic either, but more than IV.

Have you ever played Hitman Absolution? The gore in in that game is brutal! There are a few instances where you can literally put a dead or unconscious body in a grinder and chop them into nothing!
I still remember when we couldn't believe a new gta was coming and people were spreading rumors "omg in gta 4 you actually break the window in a car and start it with wires" we thought that was so cool haha, especially when you first got in, the lighting, felt so real and everything was cool

Marcos M Yes... thats true. The map was little but I think that it is good in some points, there are more people to smash with a car than in gta 5 for example.
they made gta v more realistic but forgot alot details they had done in gta iv.. here is a thing GTA4 cops dont start shooting if you just stand near them or walk behind them.. GTA5 stay to close and they start shooting! there more things that can been said. if r* rly wanted just fix the vehicle suspension in gta4 so you dont roll when you take a sharp turn.. anyway gta4 is a good game and sadly is not for ps4 or ps5 (kinda hoped PS5 was going to have PS3 & PS4 backwards compatible) because ps3* had many good games like MotorStorm..

"won't showcase details you already know" seriously? there is not a single new detail here. some noose cops carry even 3 weapons, so you can disarm them 3 times, and without weapons they will just run away. I did an ABS video comparing GTA V and GTA IV... why didn't you include the overheating brakes from TBoGT?? why didn't you try calling friends while hanging out with them (you'll get some funny comments)? you know Little Jacob is smoking is not cigars right? also why brake the window, you are ruining the hot box the hot-wire a car with W and S is literally explained by the game the first time you steal a car. what happened to you? Raid shadow legends is such a joke... All fights are automatic, you dont need to do anything. We have seen how they tell you what to say in the add and they allow independend sponsoring. Why did you do this to your community Vucko...
Also, what is WITH mobile "RPG's" and not having a singular protagonist? I don't want to "control" a group of interchangeable heroes, I want to "be" THE hero. How hard is that to understand? I got Elder Scrolls: Blades the other day (Finally got a phone that supported it), and my gosh, it's actually a decent game. It's not perfect; it's not open world, fighting is a separate "mode" from exploring (ARK was able to combine the two just fine, Bethesda), looting isn't as thorough as full Elder Scrolls games (Still better than ESO). But at least it has a singular, customizable character you play as, and perk trees, and the fighting so far feels fairly fluid, dynamic, and weighty. Overall, very worth a look at. Not RAID, you'd have to pay me to play RAID. Oh wait, that's exactly what they do.
some things i want to share as well. pedestrians can point you out to police. if you go up on a level you might hear someone yell out “hey! he’s up there!”. they can also be witnesses, which is why sometimes you see the wanted circle move a little bit closer to you after cops lose sight to you. naturally you hear rattling noises from the engine when beat up but not only that, you can hear some cars misfire when the car is idling too. some areas have other criminals who tell you to get out of their turf. you can get these interactions when you bump into them or when you stand next to them for a couple moments. if you have a weapon out, they tell you to put it away. when you do, they start to assault you i’ve been playing gta4 since i was 10. i’m 20 years old now and to this day it’s still one of my favorite games of all time
@@4soandypk I don't mind sponsers, just as long as they're not ones such as this one. If he gets sponsered by something he genuinely likes, that's fine. But no one likes this crappy mobile game. It's literally a meme. All I'm saying is, don't completely prioritise money over a loyal fanbase.
I love Raid:Shadow legends game it has so many features like basic ps1 graphics, repetitive gameplay and the pride and accomplishments we get from grinding endlessly or the option to Use real world money until we got broke i mean it's like dream come true.

Another GTA 5 Attention to detail : 1) In the Paleto forest in the building with cable car there are three white umbrellas with table around them and the umbrellas are fixed with help of a small lock (or stand you can say) and if u shoot the lock below the umbrellas lower a bit because the stand is no longer holding them. 2) If you shoot at the phone booth it will produce a ring sound similarly in real life some old phone booths if hit produce sound as they have moving ringer system.

I knew every one of these details, even the extras :o That just made me realize how much I loved this game compared to the other GTAs. I wish I still had it installed and didn't lose my CD key :(
Another fan fact: Behind of the Blista Compact you can see the title that says "invariable valve timing". This actually implying to VTEC, which is variable valve timing. You know the Blista Compact is based on Honda CRX that uses VTEC technology.

Car hijack on GTA IV/TBOGT/TLAD are so fun! Breaking the glass too when hijack a parked car. :3 also the NPCs on 6:10 making a horn sound together haha :3

You have left one detail in this video. When you drive the car and you just collide softly with the wall or some object than the phone will automatically goes down. It also happens when we have a call. I haven't seen if the phone actually falls down in car.
Back then when editors was letting time for their dev team to finish and polish their game with extra budget Now games are always crunching and devs have just the time to wrap up the basics of their game.. No more time to polish games with attention to detail put into it
