@grandcarvan1999 Yes, this mod is all about adding the SA map with most of its features like vehicles and radio stations into the R.A.G.E engine, most commonly known in GTA 4.

@IANVITOR100 We never delayed anything, this was released a few monthes after BETA 1.

@DragonBornDeath There are no steps being taken now, the team is having a little rest and checking out feedback to improve the mod.

Yeah we have fully operating planes, but as how we made it work... magic.

Not really, Rockstar made GTA 4 perfectly and flawlessly, the optimizing is the issue. The Rockstar studio that ported GTA 4 to the PC is NOT the same Rockstar studio that made the original GTA 4, the port to the PC was rushed and badly optimized, they didn't keep in mind medium-end and low-end PC's, BUT on high-end PC's it was perfect. Thats why that guy I replied to is having an issue. Oh and "lag" is a very relevant word, some think 60fps is laggy so.

@ZAPPAZtv it's possible but they probably haven't got planes in the early betas yet

like it did in the GTA IV Beta, yes there ware planes...but they ware removed due the map was not as big as it was in san andreas(untill now)

they finally finished adding paths :O

The graphics in the trailer are probably rendered from a console, most likely a 360.

so are you a developer? if so i need to ask something from you: so i did a map mod(and building mod) for san andreas back in the days, so now im thinking about to make it for IV:SA, but it would have closer resemblance of SF,LA,LV so the cities would also be bigger but thats not the point im commenting, so i want to get premission to mod the map and later release it and give credit to you guys, is that possible?

@BeaTehz well maybe you could've kept the first tune playing and fading away, showing some timecyc with trafic and switching between the countryside, desert and cities...... beta 3 maybe :P

@sshers1 Mods are what make the games last longer & makes people remember them, just like DLC's, every gaming company with at least some sense of marketing/merchandising would only encourage mods.

@BeaTehz Then how can you run it so smoothly? I have an i7, an HD6970 and 16 gigs of RAM and it lags hard time.

Can you play the San Andreas story in this?

Well i installed it, i have GTA IV 1.0.4.0 , have Graphics card of Nvidia GT 520 M 1 GB , and GTA IV runs smoothly, i use razor crack, and while opening this game, a black screen comes up and then automatically, a dialogue box comes up saying, GTA IV stopped, windows checking for solutions, plz help me, its win 7 , :'(
