They literally reused lines and slowed them down and CJ never mentions Ryder. And he also just immediately kills his childhood friend without him giving an explanation. Ryder's change was definitely late in development

i remember every single line and quote and scene from this game. i can easily replay the whole game misison by mission in my head with all the correct lines. yet i cant even remember some of my friends names. Thats how much of a huge part of my life this game was when i was a kid. Also the voice acting was top notch and had some awesome actors. newer games dont have that. and they dont improvise in any way. gta sa is so gangsta and real because real gangstas and rappers from the 90's voiced the characters and added their own elements to the game..

I hate this mission as a child. I didn't know english and just do what I know. Didn't know I supposed to walk silently. Failed it dozens of times, the following train mission is many times easier for me than that. Always felt bitter that Ryder left me there. Damn him.

GTA San Andreas will always be my favorite game it has such amazing story line. A very big and diverse map. Lots of free mode things to do and last but not least. It has the best main character. CJ

The San Andreas map may be smaller than the GTA V one, but it sure feels bigger. I mean, it's 3 diverse cities. The places are memorable, since they all are different. In GTA V everything kinda looks the same.
