I follow your download instructions correctly but seems like there's no 10 stars in my gta 5 game! What is going on right now? Is it a bug? Or I did not download the realism dispatch enhanced correctly? I'm I right? Or Wrong?

I did! I install the addons for realism dispatch enhanced, I install script hook, I did everything you say! But why can't they go to 10 stars?
