why the sky is always cloudy on this mod because in original vice city game you can remove the clouds by typing "alovelyday"

To fix the missing wheels, just use the original default.ide

How did you make the mod of the clouds work? When I try to install the game closes, you know what happens there?

It works but the textures of the city are not seen and I already test it on 2 computers and it's the same.
