All the factors of 刈包（Gua bao）are just on target. Braised three-layered meat , Peanut powder, Well-choped coriander, I just amaze that you make it so perfectly.

@@dominiccenteno1233 Yeah, and it’s normal in Taiwan. Gua Bao is even called Taiwanese burger, all the ingredients are prepared usually, pork was stewing all the time, the coriander and the peanuts powder were prepared in boxes, some buns were steaming, others which were cooked were put on iron frame.

This has got to be the most fancy kong ba pao (another regional name for it btw) I’ve seen yet. I don’t even know if it’s kong ba pao anymore, or if I have been eating the peasant version of it this entire time
Ok 2 things, 1. The nuts, in bao we do not use nuts, 2. The formation of the bao, we use a dumpling style formation. Just change those 2 things and this will be perfect
