That powerful collision in the 5th by Guards Freeman and Rocchio should not have happened; why are guys forgetting to call for the ball instead of preventing collisions? Thankfully, both guys were not injured on the play. Too many men left on base for Cleveland. They really need to improve on that. As for SP Ben Lively, pitched okay BUT, giving up 3 solo HRs, not good. 😑
I see where the manager was coming from just trying to talk him through the tough start and not trying to harm his confidence but leaving him up with three walks, two batters hit, a wild pitch and on 63(!?) pitches into the second is a bit confusing no matter the pitcher.
