Guardian can lease the property for more than 5 years and for a term extending more than 1 year beyond the date on which minor attains majority, provided there is a previous permission of the court as per Sec 8(2) of Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act

Sir Ap Kya bolta ho ki section 9 Ma case 3 ki jb father ki death ho gyi and by Will he choose X before his death and mother is alive and before her death she appointed Y . In this case X will be the testamentary guardian not Y because firstly father choose that person by will who take care of the legitimate minor child... Tell me sir whether I’m right or not ?

Hello sir Having a little doubt in section 6(a) HMA 1956 , after Gita Hariharan case court held that both mother and father will be the natural guardian of the minor. The word "after" in the section was interpreted by the court.

Can u please clarify a doubt!!! Section 8(2) says that guardian cannot transfer the property of the minor. Question: Minor's property means what whether undivided share of property is also included? Thanks in advance 😊
