Rafick Bdaro Gucci is setting record sales. Alessandro has revived the brand and does pay homage to Gucci’s past. Gucci’s sales were stagnant under Frida. I worked there under her and there was no buzz. She’s gone for a reason.

Justin Hopkins May be true due to a changing demographic and a millennial lack of style as clearly that’s what GUCCI is targeting and showing. I still fail to see the heritage that Alessandro targets so well as Frieda. However, I have transitioned away from Italian Fashion and more towards French likes of Saint Laurent and Balmain. I would stick only with the 1953 style loafers from GUCCI and that is it, Not the tacky mess Gucci is adhering to.

@@Rafick203 You are absolutely right. Unfortunately, Gucci has gone downward. It looks more like witchcraft clothing and demonic accessories than an Italian fashion house. They cater towards the younger generation who do not have a sense of style or knowledge of Italian craftsmanship, tailoring, beauty and design. It is for the nouveau riche. Frida used her skills and knowledge of the brand and designed with beauty, quality, glamour and rich materials to her collections. You can clearly see that in her collections. Gucci is lost now and needs a revolution.
