Thanks for bringing up Morbious, because, as we all know and remember, Jared Leto said that it is the first movie ever to have a guy without powers, who suddenly gets powers. And I trust him, I have never seen another movie ever, so this works out for me fairly well.

But that comment really was baffling, because The Batman was not especially boofy, and Australians don't have the regrettable habit of sticking "ass" after every adjective. So I think the commenter was American, and "boofy" was either a typo or some obscure regional slang that hasn't hit the mainstream.

I was still a young fool when Batman & Robin came out. I didn't yet know it was terrible and actually quite enjoyed it. I bumped into a couple of people I worked with at the time and they asked me what I thought and I said I thought it was really good. They both gave me this look then turned and walked away. They never spoke to me again.

Growing up we had 2 Batman movies on VHS, it was Batman 89 and the first 2 epusodes of Batman Beyond. I watched Batman 89 once when I was 6, so I would also remember it as boring.
