11:34 Great editing showing Snyder's DP credit over "I feel like the blurry thing is like a later addition". Snyder thought he could do all the great DP and cinematography work that Larry Fong did for all his older movies himself, and as a result his new ones look like blurry, slow-mo garbage. Well at least we know who was actually responsible for the ONE THING Zack consistently got praised for, his movies looking kinda cool.

My Greek Hisotry professor in college wasn't a big fan of 300. He did note that in preparing to give a talk about the movie, he read through the script, and it contianed overall, 6000 words. If that includes stage directions, he reasoned, and if each Spartan has a 12 pack, there may be more abs than spoken words in the movie

Fun Zack Snyder Fact: Zack Snyder was a huge fan of the High School Musical movies. For years he pitched ideas to Disney on how to continue the franchise beyond High School Musical 3: Senior Year. At first he wanted to do a new trilogy which would focus on all the classic characters from the original trilogy in college and be called College Musical, but Disney didn't like the sound of it and decided to scrap it. He then pitched a prequel trilogy titled Middle School Musical, which got pretty far into pre-production, but was also ultimately scrapped when Zack Snyder got an offer to direct a Superman movie for Warner Bros. While working on his DCEU movies, Zack still toiled away in his underground bunker working on the perfect continuation to the High School Musical Saga, and then one night it hit him. He didn't have to make a direct sequel to the original trilogy. He could make a new High School Musical, his own High School Musical, that would allow him all the creative freedom in the world to do whatever he desired. He went to Disney and pitched to them a new series for their upcoming streaming service that would continue the legacy of High School Musical without being set in the same continuity, and thus High School Musical: The Musical: The Series was born. Zack was very confident in the idea, but he knew Hollywood wouldn't take him seriously if his name was attached to the project, so he came up with fake names and many disguises he'd wear on set to conceal his identity. Unbeknownst to the public, Zack Snyder wrote, produced, directed, and even starred in every single episode of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series across all four seasons. Finally Zack Snyder had created his magnum opus and finally put his mark on the legacy of High School Musical, but the saddest part of all is that Hollywood forced him to go by different names to do it. Now the movie Joker on the other hand, Zack Snyder had zero involvement with. If I was to rate the running Joker gag, it'd get half a star, because you were willing to give up Green Trivia and the guy who yells "Rodney" so much quicker and they were far superior.
