Royal Ludroth is so iconic for sounding like a bird and not being one, I got that immediately 😭 Got everything else as well, but that's my favorite reaction out of these.

The moment I guessed Najarala, I was yelling it like a crazy fanboy!!

Those Najarala hints threw me for a loop. At first I thought Najarala, then you said there were only two not including subspecies and I thought "that settles it, Najarala and Remobra". Then you said, WITH subspecies there's four and I thought "Okay, so it's a Temnoceran, in Generations so it's Nerscylla, but it doesn't sound like Nerscylla". Then you said strange projectiles, "Webs, okay check", and then you said its roars cause explosions, "???...Najarala?". I enjoyed this quiz but some of the hints were terrible.

Number 1 was Khezu. Number 2 was Khezu's theme 😂

Dalamadur isn't a snake wyvern he's an elder dragon, the other snake wyvern apart from Najarala is Remobra

Only one I couldn't get was Malfestio and I can almost guarantee that I missed it because my brain remembers the sound it makes during the confusion divebomb more than it's standard roar.

Ive also always though royal ludroth sounds like an eagle lol

I didn't get Malfestio, Great Maccau and Gorzilla(lol) Royal Ludroth have a really memorable roar and I always remember him with Valstrax cause they both have eagle roar, tho Valstrax's one is more high pitched iirc I love the sound design for MH, you can tell they put a lot of effort in it

That troll roar does not sound at all like Godzilla. Not even his non-roar sounds or his '54/Minus One roar sound anything like that. If anything that sounds a lot closer to the JP3 Spinosaurus roar, but it's not even that.

so eagles actually have a fake rawr. they sound like over-sized seagulls. Hollywood wanted eagles to sound cooler. what you hear there sir is a hawk. i love royal ludroth but the guy on sound design wasn't cooking that day.

What probably made this more difficult is that normally the monsters music jumps in with their roar haha. Seriously though they need to bring back narjahala, malfestio, and seltas. Really just put all gen 4 monsters in they were the best of the bunch

Royal Ludroth is (probably) not using an eagle call, crocodiles do make that noise, which sounds like more of a high pitched hiss when its not layered with a bunch of other noises like Ludroth's call

This was very fun! The only ones I couldnt guess were godzilla and malfestio. I was thinking the last one was Athal-Ka but you saying that it was a low rank hunt threw me off. Some of them were INSTANTLY recognizable (shout out to Royal Ludroth's eagle screech) and then some of them took me a few hints to guess, like zamtrios haha Very cool video though, this makes me want to do the same with my friends

I got them all except Godzilla and Great Maccao (I was thinking it was Great Jaggi and then Noise quickly confirmed it was Maccao, with a little more time maybe I would've switched my answer), overall this video idea was fun! You should do more of these, maybe try monster theme music next and only play a short clip

They really did Namielle dirty in world imo. Idk, i just hate Jyuratodus and the fact the common mudfish has a weapon that outclasses and Elder Dragon's is just... wrong. They should've at least given it's weapons a unique gimmick like dual element to make them better or a charge up similar to Velkhana's

Saying 2 snake wyverns then saying Dalamadur is incredibly misleading, because there are 2 unique snake wyverns, but Dalamadur is not one of them. And if you include Dalamadur, then you're saying there are 3, because the actual 2 snake wyverns that exist are Najarala and Remobra.

agnaktor is a monster ive only ever dealt with in the Stories games because im new to the franchise and down own the games from before World. But man i love his goofy clackers and cant wait to see him in a normal monster hunter game.

Agnaktor was in Stories 2 which was "Fairly recently" released but that may be a stretch to throw it into the mix of "Monster hunter" if it is more like a "Monster Tamer"

It's really interesting to see what info other players remember and take away from what monsters they fight. I couldnt tell you at all which monster drops what exact parts but since my reaction time to visuals is slow compared to my reactions to sound, I remember very well what every monster and their attacks sound like- its my earliest warning even before they start their windup animation and enough for me to dodge at the right time even if the monster isn't fully visible onscreen (which happened a lot in the older games ay haha).

i just noticed Royal Ludroth's face shape is similar to a bald eagle. know who else has a bald eagle-shaped face? Legendary Godzilla

The "eagle screech" is a hawk - eagles are squeaky!

I've only played World and Rise, and I was able to get Khezu and Legiana immediately. Some sounds leave you mentally scarred.
