I heard they experimented with AI to recreate Luke's original voice and look, but the technology is not advanced enough yet, you can clearly see that it's fake and the voice sounded weird sometimes!

​@@FeiFongWang sadly I think he is gone. But all the videos are pre recorded. So there are some new ones with him but I don't think he is making new ones. Its sad, tiny luke and tall ellen make a great team

I mean, yeah, but the fact that it's easy to solve normal Guess Who is the whole reason to take this approach instead and just throw out fun questions that the other person has to actually think about and might get "wrong". :P (Plus there's no chance Bowser would've had a Myspace account despite being the right age for it, and Mario would definitely have a grandfathered-in pre-Elon blue check and just stopped using Twitter afterwards.)

@@Idran Oh I get you want as unhinged questions as possible for comedy. They were just talking about what sort of questions would narrow things down as fast as possible (obviously there are more specific ones if you know the character but these were the best generic ones I could think of) so I thought I would list my process in an algorithm friendly manner. (Bowser wouldn't be on the Myspace list because he would definitely have a Twitter account he uses regularly to claim people in trades like plumbers are what's ruining the economy of the mushroom kingdom. Mario would be verified because he already had an account he used for business I agree but he'd have gone off the website once it became all about Kamek's new money making scheme where you can buy pictures of Donkey Kong and own the rights to the picture but you don't actually get the picture. Those were mostly there to rule out the princesses who pay for verification without knowing what it is or ever using the site along with the honest business people while separating out those still using the platform regularly and thus devoid of morality. I could have said "will return their shopping cart when finished" if you prefer but they had already mentioned Twitter and you've got to laugh about these things or you'll be sad.)

I don't entirely know if they will just 'replace' Luke. The lists already contained Andy, Jane and Mike, and the couch content sometimes contained them too, I think the latter will just become less frequent.

They will definitely not hire someone just for the need of it, possibly some form auditions but would bet more for someone the entire team already knows and have worked with before, when the timing is right

Eurogamer and dicebreaker have exchanged staff before and they all belong to the same mother company I think so could be, although eurogamer just lost Aoife also...

I truly think it's better to think of you and we are going to get not thinking about anything being "lost". I'm with you that the chemistry and friendship between Luke and Ellen was lightning in a bottle. Also though, the team is still all great creators who'll keep making new and different good stuff too. I think the Blades in the Dark series is one of the best things they've done. Phenomenal characters, world building great fun. But I never would have predicted it. And new games they play means more things I never would have guessed before either 😃💜💚

That question is the equivalent of asking "Is your character Peach?" Everyone else is new money or isn't rich at all.
