Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah 

Hi, God is our care-taker, benefactor, and friend. He heals, provides, and protects. He does many things in our lives, so make sure to acknowledge God and give Him the praise He so well deserves. Otherwise, we take God for granted.
Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah was penned in 1775 by William Williams in Welch and translated by Peter Williams into English in 1771. Since William Williams was a traveling circuit preacher, you can imagine him humming this tune as he traveled from town to town on horseback. Here are the lyrics:
Guide me, O Thou great Jehovah, pilgrim through this barren land;
I am weak, but Thou art mighty; hold me with Thy powerful hand;

Open now the crystal fountain, whence the healing stream doth flow;
let the fire and cloudy pillar lead me all my journey through;
