My goodness, there’s so much to learn about what is out there and I love it. The Gold borders are beauties and I didn’t know that was when they started with stats on the back. The Meccas are also very nice looking cards. I’ve been seeing the Turkey Reds at shows recently and they remind me of the dream card Mangini got, the 1960 Post cereal look. I appreciate you taking the time going over the different sets and variations, Orlando.
27:37 There has been new info regarding the 1912 T202 Hassan Triple Folder "Lord Catches His Man" Lord/Tannehill. The center panel features Joe Jackson. No kidding. As Casey Stengel used to say, "you can look it up." Keep up the great work, Orlando.
Hello Orlando like the part I and II , i enjoyed a lots this part III. In this book i have read than the author wrote some books or catalogs about others sports cards like football, hockey or boxe, i don't find a book from this author about thoses others sports. Thanks you so much about sharing your knowledge and Happy Collecting.
Like you, I have loved the T205's backs with some stats and a bio. Though they look really cool from the front too. Christy M. has been my favorite. I only have one Turkey Red, but man are they gorgeous!
Orlando, my only ''complaint'' for this free course and history lesson it's going too fast! I just want some time to comprehend and process everything that took you years to learn. LOL. Before you know it...we'll be getting from the 1911's to the 2011's, though your junk wax videos would be great too!
