1) For the reverse camera, you can change the setting of the camera format. Please confirm the resolution of your camera first. And then click setting app > reverse > reverse system selection. 2) If your factory camera is not HD, please choose -- NTSC or PAL. you can change the camera setting and then test the camera again after restart the head unit.
