In our previous video we discussed how you can stay in Poland legally after your visa expires and learnt that you need to obtain a temporary residence permit or Karta Pobytu. There are two variations of this permit which are Temporary Residence Card (TRC) or EU Blue Card. In this video lets go in little more detail regarding TRC.

If you go to home country then how can u get TRC. it is a physical card that you need to collect from Urzad office. You need to be physically present there to collect it.

You can track it in the inpol website where you should have created an account when booking the appointment

Hi, dependants can't work immediately. If dependent wants to work then they have to first find a job, get a work permit and only then they can work. Else if you are eligible for blue card, then apply for that instead of TRC. After getting blue card your spouse can also work WITHOUT WORK PERMIT.

Hi Vinod. Unfortunately there is no other way to get visa appointment. Only through VFS. Have patience and keep trying. Everyone has problems in this step.

Hi there is no one place where Indian community is located. It's all spread out. Choose apartment based on other criteria such as distance from center and transport options rather than Indian community. Thanks for watching our videos. Glad that they are helpful for you.

Indian store is there in few areas in city center. Search for little India on Google maps.
