I have been searching for something to help my colleagues at work with anxiety. This has been an unusually busy year for us, and we are all completely stressed. I needed something that was short and not too new age because I'm dealing with people who laugh at that stuff. What I have found in my personal practice is that breathing is the key to everything, so I was thrilled to find a short, guided meditation without a lot of what my co-workers call "woo-woo", but centers with deep breathing exercise. I hope they will be open to it. I have been only mildly successful in talking friends and family into trying it, but everyone who does is astounded at what a difference it makes.

That really worked. And the image of the box was helpful. Thanks so much, Jen. And now, three months later, I have found this box breathing very helpful. I’m getting therapy for my anxiety, and my therapist seconds this technique. In fact, I’ve been able to reduce the medication I take for it. Thank you for introducing us to this.

do you have video of making yourself out of breath mouth breathing to show how to calm for female singers after concert? when yawn gasping air hunger? magical breathwork?
