Join me for this guided meditation to help you live your life even more. Death can be a scary thing to contemplate, but it is also an inevitability. The concept of visulaising one's own death is an anciet one, exercised by buddhists and stoics alike. The practice gives us a fresh prespective on where our life is and if it's as we would like it, helping us to clarify our values. It is the ultimate form of gratitude as we imagine a world without the greatest gift we are given... Life.

It’s goes on brother. Doesn’t make it easier but it is simply a transition and more than likely you’ll transition back here again. I’ll meditate and pray for you tonight. You’re loved ❤️

Wow. Firstly apologies it took me so long to get back to you! I had stopped uploading to RU-vid and wasn’t checking comments etc. Thank you for your kind words. Especially knowing they come from a place of really facing the end. You’re an inspiration my friend.

I’m so sorry. My prayers and condolences. What an incredible thing to deal with. My prayers are with you. I know I cannot make this right but I hope my comment can ease just a small amount of your pain. ❤

When I first listened to this tears and deep grief poured out of me even 10-15 mins afterward. The second time the tears and grief were there but not to the same degree. The third time tears & grief were even less and started close to the end instead of from beginning of the meditation to the end. My heart felt tight too. Today, no tears or grief at all.

I am so thankful for my health.. It i something I should never have taken for granted.. All it takes is for one piece of bad news to make you realise it was the most treasured thing you could possibly have.. One thing I have always noticed in dying people is they live and savour every single moment, because they know the true value of living.. This is not something which should require a terrible diagnosis to equate.. Let all of us, healthy or not, appreciate that we are alive here today, and hopefully, we will get to appreciate the same thing tomorrow. My heart goes out to you all.

Meditating on death is not popular but so necessary to put relationships & life experiences into perspective.

Thank you for such a sobering meditation, it is something I will keep in my memory, an audio that may become one of my friends along my journey. Thank you for the gift of this thoughtfully spoken audio recording

Hello!! It’s so interesting right? We all know we are going to die, but we often forget. Well done for doing it. I know it can be tough!!

I found this repetitive and it didn't hold my engagement. I've done other death meditations and this one isn't something I'll go back to☹

I love this meditation. It's relaxing and relieving. I think you could spend a bit more time in each phrase so that we can think it over for a bit longer. For example I had little time to think about what I would say to those people I hurt and couldn't undo. But still, thank you. Maybe you could create another death meditation too since you are that good at itm

With such an important topic, why is it sped along when we are supposed to reflect? You may benefit from listening to Jayasara Sameneri on RU-vid, her readings are read exactly as a Buddhist is supposed to reflect - slowly, mindfully. I felt like I was in a shopping centre rushed to grab bargains instead of emptiness where Buddha could arise to guide ... then a loud ad at the end ! Very sad.

Nice meditation. But for me there is too much about what would people say about you, because I really don't care
