This is the first time I ever meditate for this, I started crying I just saw all the hurtful moments I've been through and I saw myself trapped in cage, scared and then I turned into my inner child self trapped in the cage crying for her mom and dad, I hugged her with all I have, everything will be okay from now on kid, I'll take care of you. 💕

OMG 😢😢😢 this is the best meditation I've ever heard!!! It really pulled at my heart strings and I just burst in to tears. I don't like crying because it's an upsetting feeling, but I know that it's the most healthiest way to let go of anything that is holding you back. Thank you for such an amazing video!!!! ❤😇

I hardly ever comment but I just had to share my gratitude for this meditation. Have been doing so much inner child work in the last 5months and this was so pure and beautiful. Your voice was so healing and made my inner child feel so safe to be vulnerable and let go. Thank you for holding space. You have a true gift. This is the most beautiful heart opening meditation I’ve ever heard! I cried like a baby, I went through some hardest moment in my previous relationship and I forgave myself and those who hurt me .Felt incredible sensation on my heart .Also said goodbye to my last partner 😢❤
