I actually envisioned a golden merkaba with myself inside it. When you discussed the tetrahedra spinning 9/10th the speed of light, I could literally visualize very clearly streaks of light traveling exponentially faster and faster and faster still all around me. It is amazing. Thank you so much. You are truly a godsend

Man the mind is really powerful. I’ve been into pranayama for a few years now and yoga and chanting meditation occasionally as well. I would always be trying to sustain my prana using my breath. But ever since this video and me hearing it is self sustained i was reminded of how God/the universe is more than capable of sustaining me. Thank you.
I've done the long activation a couple of x and have started doing this shorter one daily since I "stumbled" onto all of this abt 10 days ago. The immed difference is that I feel infinitely less trapped by circumstances I believed were imposed on me by others. This offers the vehicle to change it up, at-will. Do it. See for yourself.
I have activated this in 2010 and immediatelly I started to manifest amazing heart desires, l8ke synchronicities, instantaneouslyy, lovinglly, stunning! As I gound this 3 days ago, is more simple and sooo powerfull. I knew it is a new way to activate it, as the energetix of the earth was changed since 2010. And, yeeees, is bliss. Short and powerful.. although it wasn't long I felt as if I was in a place of complete timelessness. I loved the Mudra instructions. It feels like the breath and the heat in combination with these seemed to assist in forming the sphere of energy. I could feel the Merkabas spinning around me so it was an activated, energetic stillness. Hopefully that makes sense. This is going to be one of my meditations I use to recharge. 💯

Today during my meditation, merbaba connected to my IAM Presence and another tetrahedron formed with the sun and earth. This brought me outside the milky way.
Exactlly, this happened to me also, first time, in 2010. And now I got it, we are starseeds, we know this, is in our cells. We rememberrrrr it! After a 1 week workshop with a Drunvalo Melchisedek facilitator, I again did the trip... my life got so amazing, I am so thankfull for discovering this. Is the most precious gift you can do it to yourSelf, all Creation, to God. And yes, our life purpose id to SHINE

A great meditation, I'm going to add to my daily ones. I've been doing a daily hara line meditation, and I think it's also good to add a merkaba one after getting the prana flowing from top to bottom during the hara line, since that's what the merkaba uses. I might give the longer version a go at some point stand alone to really focus on the merkaba. It's insane how much better I feel after just 1 hour a day of doing these two meditations.. I just feel so relaxed compared to how stressed I normally feel, because I'm constantly in my head all day everyday and worrying about the future. After these meditations, I just feel so connected to only myself which is just so nice.
This is wonderful and wonderfully put together with the music - a thing that’s always done so well at the Reality Revolution. I had done the very much longer earlier Merkabah meditation which was fascinatingly informative yet very intense. It was too much for my weak meditative abilities. Glad of this shorter one but no less intense.
Overwhelmed by waves of joy and brightness, even though I couldn't catch up with your breathing instructions. I don't know if this was right, but it felt like it is :)
Wow, I must have had some energy to clear because I had a sneezing fit right when you said to go to the where tail bone is where we originally formed. I thoroughly enjoyed this though and found it easier than the other one as I tend to always fall asleep when I listen to your meditations. I'll be back to do this again tomorrow night or may be in the morning Thank you Brian 😘
