🌈🌈🌈 I saw a beautiful garden, mountains, and when my mind wandered I saw people helping each other out of love. It was the first time I let myself take what I needed and wander from what I didn’t, and it was a successful meditation for that. I am pleased!
I was able to release a blockage in the throat and feel the freedom of expression bound previously to unworthiness. Bless you my dear for this meditation
🌈🌈🌈 I finished at 12:12 am and it was very emotional for me ngl because there are somethings that I needed to heal from for quite a while now. My favorite part was that the garden in this meditation since it reminds me of peace and learn how to come to terms with my past. Thank you for this. I appreciate it very much.
