Here I learn that if thoughts are dominating or troubling the mind, then one of the ways we can take control of our thoughts is to turn our awareness to our bodies by focusing our attention to our bodies and how they are feeling. All our meditations will require repitition and Practice.

I often have trouble controlling my thoughts and being uncontrollably anxious. I tried this and I am not yet good at this but I realize how cool it would be if I would learn this skill of simply returning my focus on something that I want. Hopefully with some practice I can do it

Whenever I need a moment I know I can always count on you. Thank you for making immaculate material - in sound quality, in storytelling, in reasoning, in time duration, etc. I genuinely would be a lot more unbalanced, hectic and hopeless without your work and channel

First time listening! I enjoyed this but definitely agree with some other comments. After you said “now open your eyes” I was wanting for those few extra seconds to come back or just sit in that and it abruptly started talking. So just 5-10 seconds of silence after the eyes open would add to this masterpiece. Thanks

You're supposed to let your thoughts be. Coexist with those clouds but focus on the blue sky and the thoughts should come and go, yes, but only to take a back seat when meditating.

I like the simple clarity of your meditations and am a subscriber. However, I find it jarring when they end so abruptly with all the directions to like and subscribe etc. Could there be at least a few more seconds between the end of meditation and those reminders?

I am always tensed in front of boys. I am not able to talk to someone face and speak a word. Can i stay positive and achieve greats in life. I keeps myself engaged by involving in lots of actuvitues like meditation, exercise, listens to musix, goes for walking, watches movies, short films, stand up comedies, plays gameslike badminton, cards, chess etc. I want to stay posituce and achieve greats ib life. Will everything come to normal

Sir, I was so much relaxed by this meditation that I felt as if I am living in a peaceful place like a beach but during my school work and exam, I always get distracted by my thought clutter and I'm unable to get my hold onto it. Is it because of my weakness part of mind taking over my strength part of mind?? Please tell

If my body is feeling really agitated or tense how do you sit with it....

You sit with whatever you are feeling, noticing your body is feeling agitated or tense is good (good in terms of this practice). You're following the practice! It doesn't need to feel good for you to sit with it and notice something. Notice what thoughts around this agitation appear. Thoughts of resistance or trying to change how you feel. Become mindful of it.
