First hypnosis to effect me so intensely. Being on antidepressants/anxiety meds means I don’t cry too often my subconscious is overwhelmed with unreleased emotion. I haven’t cried like I just did in almost 2years. That was very real.

In all my dates/relationships, I've met women that came into my life for a reason (to exploit and take what little resources I have) and for a season(to enjoy every minute of using me, while they compare me to someone "better") but the ghost of their torment has lasted me a lifetime. As a disabled man, I stipulate to the fact I have nothing to offer a woman, a girlfriend, a soulmate or a wife. I'm tired of being tormented by love, as a goal I never could earn, achieve, or obtain in my life. God has cursed that part of my life, and now I just want rid of the memories and the battle scars of love.

Not working yet I'm having problems forgiving..I'm understanding he had to live out his teen hormones..mid life crisis..but it made me feel not good enough..I got depressed sad..he never stopped to recognize the pain he was causing me..then it turned to anger..it got so toxic because he was not changing..that I had to leave I could not continue feeling so low..now he is back low hormones changed but I'm still left feeling like I have to look a certain way to fit his old criteria..I want to move on with freedom and peace.. The only understanding I got was that he was working from a teenage level..but seeing the same person now brings back old insecurities and pain

What's happens when you surrender to let someone go? What are you suppose to tell them. I just felt so intensely the cord between a person and I be released. How do I explain to them??

You don't have to say anything to them, it's something that happens energetically to clear whatever's there. Often times after you cut a cord, they can feel it. It doesn't mean you have to disconnect, it means you're resetting the energy. If you do end up reconnecting it may actually help the relationship betewen you. But you don't have to inform them of anything

@@jonsayler3317 she's still working and she dosent want to quit her job where she cheated on me. She cried this last Tuesday saying she want to make our family work. But I get this gut feeling she's Still talking to him. My brother got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and she acting cold like she she dosent give a F. I told her if she won't quit that job to just stay away from me. She hasn't responded to that txt. I guess that's my answer. I'm hurting real bad, but she has already moved on so I have no choice but to do the same

I did this meditation not necessarily to release the person from my life but to purify and transform our relationship into one of pure and unconditional love and support for one another…I fell asleep afterwards and had beautiful lucid dream in which I was fully aware and asked to swim with dolphins, asked the dolphins to heal my physical vision and then I asked to fly through space, which I did! I woke up feeling excited and more convinced than ever that my eyes are healed and restored! Thank you so much for this meditation!
