A guy whom I dated for 6 years asked for space. My insecurities and neediness led to the situation. I know I need to understand but then It feels like my world is crashing. I broke my heart listening to this. My boyfriend recently broke up with me & I’ve had to move back to my parents. (At aged 30 it’s not ideal) We got a new car together 2 weeks ago, holiday booked next year, plans for a bigger house, kids, marriage etc, etc. I blame myself as I have insecurities, lack self love, have anxiety and mistrust. He was more than patient with me and told me time and time again that he loves me, chooses me etc... but it wasn’t good enough for me. There are certain things that I didn’t like, things he said and done ... personally I think it showed lack of respect for me in a way. But I take full blame for being the way I am and I’ve ruined it with the man I thought was it for me, and me him. And now someone will make him happier than I did and it’s all my fault. I listened to this and I can honestly say that I needed to hear it ..... I will learn from my relationship and I will be more kind to my needs. Cutting the heart cord was extremely painful as we have had our hearts connected for 18 years! I knew it had to be cut! Basically in a nutshell I added this guy and I liked him but he had a gf so we stopped talking then 9 months later we started talking again and I still like him and he doesn’t have a gf anymore so I was like “damn this is perfect” but he made it Vry clear that he doesn’t like me back and so I’m trying to lose feelings but still have a friendship Bc I lost it and I don’t want to lose it again

I finally did this fully. I bawled my eyes out. I feel better. I felt good about myself. I don’t feel so strongly about him anymore. I keep replaying cutting the cord. When I told those good things about myself, I stood on top of a mountain. A mountain of all the pain and horrible things I’ve experienced, standing my ground and being proud of what I’ve overcome. I then put a crown on top of my head. Then imagined this bright yellow light coming from within me and surrounding me. I looked at myself from an outside point of view and I had the biggest smile on my face. I felt happy, content and free. Free of pain, heartache, disappointment and suffering. I sat across from him yet I still had a good feeling within me and had the biggest smile on my face. He has no power over me anymore. He cannot hurt me anymore. I am not alone because I have myself. Thank you. I’ll do this again if I need to but it’s given me a lot of peace and put a smile on my face. 13:00 13:23 13:45 *I no longer participate in this contract.*

This is the best Hypnosis record I have ever came across with. I swear, when I opened my eyes I felt so much great deep down within myself, when I got up I felt electricity flowing all over my body, it was very chilling! Woah that is the most insane experience I've ever felt. My entire body felt weighted by the end, like I was in the deepest state of relaxation. My body felt full and in my mind it was like floating at the centre of a vast and open space of drifting particles. I cannot express how much this has helped me, but I will try. After years of betrayal after betrayal and chance after chance, I find it hard to reach out to friends and family. Slowly, I found myself slipping into the shadows, giving up on myself, accepting this must be my worth, which left me without hope and no option but to rely on the only person I felt I had (the cause of all my pain). I've been here so long it now threatens my physical health and has ripped my reality apart. In this meditation, I felt comforted and my eyes were opened to something I had never thought possible. Something I realized I did not even understand. Love yourself, feel compassion for yourself, and forgive yourself. The process helped me create a safe space for me to feel all the hidden and suppressed feelings I have feared to acknowledge for so long, and without the added fear of being judged and rejected by others that has always pushed me back to the belief I have no one but my betrayer. I feel hope this is finally that first step on a new journey to a new ME! I had forgotten HOPE so from the bottom of my broken heart, Thank you so much
