Yoga challenge day 216: This is so relaxing. You become more aware of your body and feel yourself slowly relaxing all over as you’re guided through the different parts x
Yoga challenge day 169: on bank holiday Monday I spent the afternoon digging a trench for my wildlife pond so was exhausted by the evening. This was an ideal way to wind down and relax my weary joints 🧘♂️
Thank you so much for the feedback and I think you're right... I'll try and work out a way to remove it without messing up the rest of the practise :) Hope you're having a lovely weekend! x
@@WellWithHels aww I quite enjoy music. As it keeps me focused on that instead of thinking about negative things. First time here. Found your voice very soothing. Thank you 😊
I am so glad you enjoyed this on Angel! I am so sorry I don't know the name of the song as it was filmed and edited so long ago... BUT it's from the RU-vid Music library here, so you might be able to find it or something similar here: studio.ru-vid.com/show-UC3gH1LIc0-BsaFI1A-o_LVgmusic x
@@grant9375 Hey Grant, it's a double crochet stitch just done in a continuous circle until big enough... I used scrap wool I had and random bits from the charity shops so unfortunately no pattern to share either, so sorry! x

Hey, there was no text in this one.... Maybe it was a text advert? But if you're comfortable and have your eyes closed this shouldn't effect your practise :)
Ayurvedic medicine saved my dogs life. She had a condition called anal furunculosis, fistulas on her bum, and there's no known cure. Vet put her on steroids but I researched it and discovered some natural dog supplements which helped. Then I discovered that it was was treated in India using ayurvedic medicine. I couldn't fill the fistulas with the thread that's soaked in the herbal remedy like they do in your country but I could apply nirgundi oil topically and give her triphala guggul. It took about a year and a half to heal all the fistulas completely, would've been quicker if she hadn't had a relapse. She's been fistula free for over 4 years. That's unheard of in dogs with that condition. She turned 14 in August also unheard of because it usually shortens their life. I can't express to you how grateful I am to have found these remedies. I owe so much to India and ayurvedic medicine for giving me time with my girl that I wouldn't have had. I'll be eternally grateful and have so much respect for the true ayurvedic way of life. I'd love to know how your studies have progressed. I'm my final away from becoming a qualified yoga teacher but I'm going to teach my students about ayurveda and what yoga is truly about. I've got a lot of self teaching to do but I'm getting there. I wish you well and all the luck in the world for your future
