Unfortunately after Iall asleep to this sometime before the guided speaking portion ends, it's the music that wakes me up again. I do love the 3 questions that were asked and I will continue to meditate on those but hopefully find another version of this guide with a fade out or shorter meditation.

I love your content. Amynews on the youtube thing that was going to eliminate the silence at the end of your content videos? I hope they realize that would be terrible for us who listen to your videos and are asleep by the end of it... that silence is key. Anyway, thank you for what you do. it would be great if you could do some recreations of the 3 hours ones and cut them down to 1 hour. i know im not the only one, who falls asleep within 1 hour and the wakes up 30min - 1 hour later because the music is still playing. im running around in my dreams trying to find out where the music is coming from, just to wake up, and then having trouble falling asleep again. you used to also do 1 hours ones. but now they are all 3+

I was searching through the comments to see if anything was mentioned about the volume of ads at the end. Thank you Paula, I appreciate your comment, but I'm sorry you had to experience that. I really wanted to listen to this tonight, but I'll have to switch it off. I near crap myself when the volume of an advert wakes me and then I find it hard to calm down x
