Thank you Jason and every one who are making such lovely comments. My 50 years of life have been filled with so much loss, pain, anger , resentment and hatred that i’ve completely lost myself in a vortex of self punishment. It’s time to let it go and in the process of doing so the tears have not stopped as I unload my burden. Thank you for everyones kindness and support . I need to fall back in love with the universe and this is my fist port of call, already it has been a nurturing experience and is making the pain bearable. I wish everyone peace and contentment whoever you are. Don’t give up on your journey of self improvement. Look up and reach for the best version of yourself. Start now , the first step is always the hardest and I ask that you please, please be kind to yourself, you really do deserve that at the very least. 🙏🏼

I was not expecting a reply Jason. However it is really appreciated, but it’s bloody started me off crying again , it’s comforting to know that there are people like you in the world. I was in the British military for 25 years and as an infantry man I considered myself as a tough character- However life has a way of testing your metal and the bad choices I have made recently have resulted in the loss of my soul mate and best friend, it’s really knocked the wind out of me. Your meditation videos are a powerful medicine and personally they’re teaching me not to be so hard on myself - Thank you again 🙏

I'm 24 in my final year of medical school and have Painful Bladder Syndrome. Despite pain killers nothing puts me to rest during a flare which hits when I'm under stress aka exams. @xandi xsmith, we have been taught that we have "mental illness", when in fact we have brain health issues. There's a new paradigm in psychiatry. Psychiatry is the only medical specialty that virtually never looks at the organ itself (the brain). I invite you to watch Dr. Robert Amen, the author of "The End of Mental Illness." I use to have insomnia due to "health brain issues", formally know as mental illness. Thanks to Jason Stephenson I no longer take drugs to sleep. I am so blessed to be able to listen to the wonderful work that Jason puts in for us, and to be a part of this loving healing group. I wish you & everyone Love and Light. Namaste

You were the first person I ever let guide me to sleep. In the beginning it will make you feel like shit because it’s literally working to clear the negativity. Healing is uncomfortable. And clearing old energy can be chaotic. I think that for some of us, the healing we need to do is so deep/ generations old and comes up as weird subtle negative thoughts. , so it’s hard to keep track of those, and get a handle on them. It happened to me. I liked the intention setting of this mediation.I struggle with time management, but today I was 45 min early for work today (no lie) You have very powerful meditations . Thank you 🙏🏻

Dear Jason, thank you for your calming words and music. I am experiencing a serious, very painful spinal nerve condition. I don't know what the outcome will be with that. But realize that I have control over what I expose my heart and my eyes and ears to. I have included your meditations as part of my personal physical and emotional therapy in moving into the light of healing. Life does have to be dealt with, but I am focusing on eliminating as much negativity as possible. Your tone and visualizations seem to resonate most closely with my spirit. I find if I go a day without hearing your voice I can become down but have learnt to deal with it throughout the years. I just want to say thank you, truly from the bottom of my heart how much I’ve learned from you in self healing. I love you and to all who may have read this love yourself unconditionally that’s the only way to heal and move forward. You are a truly beautiful soul 💜💜

Stay strong. I’m an addict as well. I have been where you are. It gets better, please trust me. I know things may seem so hopeless at times. But there’s always the possibility of change. Get to some meetings if you can, trust me they saved my life. NA, AA, anything helps. Stay strong and reach out if you need anything. Love you stranger ❤

I just pop my phone upside-down to block the light and listen through the phone's speakers. I have an automatic screen shutoff set so that after a minute of inactivity, it turns off :)

I put my phone under my pillow. So I lay with my head on it. Even when I fall asleep ( always) it is not disturbing.

Thank you so much Jason. Many years ago I had brain injury which has in turn caused me to have epilepsy and terrible mental health problems.I have been reliant on so many different medications and I've been in despair a lot of the time.Your commentary has been so helpful at times and makes me feel a bit more comfortable and relaxed when I'm finding it hard to cope. I started listening every night about a month ago and I'm hooked. I fall asleep before the halfway point. The music keeps going and its perfect for peaceful mind and soul. His voice is so beautifully soothing and reassuring. I wonder if his friends and loved ones have trouble staying awake while they're with him 😮
