These videos helped me so much this year when I was away at college. I started having really bad anxiety attacks every night before bed and listening to these helped me focus on breathing and relax. I listen every night now and I tend to get an amazing sleep🤍

You should have the music a little louder and your voice lower, the app calm had one I liked but I got used to it and it stopped working for me, plus there were pay walls. That is what I liked and found what works music with soft/low talking.
