Basically they do 2 stacks of torment each time you put out chill, making the condi/torment build even better now, lots of dmg, it basically just like the necros 3 stacks of bleed from chill
Especially for balance videos with different classes time stamps are amazing. Not everybody has each character on 80 max geared and cares bout every lil change for all of them :p
I main a Necromancer and can't say/state I'm thrilled to hear/read of another 'balance' patch. Further, I'm guessing by the patch notes that I probably shouldn't play PvP as a Necromancer (don't worry, Anet, I won't). And it's ironic that the word 'lackluster' was used by the corresponding dev. team to describe the Elite skill 'Plague' as it's replacement 'Plaguelands' is also quite lackluster - opinions such as these are always subjective, Anet. All seriousness aside, these frequent update and 'balance' patches have inspired me to do the same to my wallet. Apparently, I've been funding too much money to undeserving game companies; a design flaw I shall have to correct. And thanks for the video. Nice job.
I guess I`m the only one running around with a power necro and wells or as a "Classical Minion Master", down to my whim both with or without Reaper, most of the time doing PvE (solo or pug) or PvP content, I don`t like WvW...high survivability, easy gameplay, no stress, always smiling during combats and having a lot of fun...but I`m a bad example, cause Necro is my favourite class from the beginnig up to now and I love my necro....and no worry, of course I play the necro meta condi build, too ....sometimes... with Plaguelands as the new standard elite skill next to Flesh Golem, scepter/dagger + dagger/dagger (second set after the latest patch with the necro dagger buff)...and I`m smiling again :)...other players are smiling when I`m playing my healer/tank necro build

Not many changes to rev? Condition ref has been completely unplayable until now man. There were zero condition traits other than in one line and it didn't do hardly enough. The changes finally allow a condition rev build in all areas.
i am about to retire my Power Reaper to crafting and farmer. PvP warrior was hit. I run nothing but axe/shield and sword/mace since day one. GS restricts movement.
after this patch I`ve seen some updated dps rotation videos for meta "Viper Horror" condi necro done by guilds or players specialising in pro speedclearruns in raids and fractals and they all use Plaguelands as the new standard elite skill, in combination with "Master of Corruption" (Curses) it`s now the strongest dps elite skill, I`ve tested this skill, too, and it`s very effective, it`s great against mobs and in heavy boss fights, where you don`t need Flesh Golem with its strong hard cc to break strong defiance bars, even in normal PvE content, but I would not use it in PvP because of it`s unimproved long cooldown (120 or 80 seconds), the same problem with Lich-Form or the former Plague - on metabattle.com there`s only one updated PvP build using Plaguelands so far, "Vanilla Condi Necro" metabattle.com/wiki/Build:Necromancer_-_Vanilla_Condi_Necro
I main thief and I hate that they buffed Unload. It just encourages noob build on thief like p/p and condi, just spam 3. For the SB most thiefs use it as a secondary just for their 5 ability which is a tele, great for catching someone, disengaging, and just traveling.
***** I personally think that p/p thiefs are easy kills in 1v1, but there have been many times where I have seen groups of p/p thiefs that you can't avoid.
