@@ramkindalethal732 i got into the fgc like 6 months ago, lol. But yes, i have played Xrd, and i was not expecting them to put a character in the game that has this kind of depth to them (looking at you, ramlethal new moveset)

@@hjt091 TBH, even with the rifle, she had to aim and manually reload or perfect reload. Not auto zoning like Happy Chaos and the stance mixup required some practices. Happy Chaos is like DEADASS easy to learn compared to Elphelt in Xrd.

In what regards? I think all characters have had their concepts executed well except Testament and Bedman lacking a bit of oomf right now but their visuals and thematic are still fantastic

@@matmil5 Season 3 Sin yes. Release Sin was bare bones deliberately and took so long to see an update. Now i think he can use another rehaul (make still growing an actual move!) and a system mechanic nerf (WILD ASSAULT) lol. Other than that hes in a great spot!

@@Amaling This is exactly what I mean, the ideas and concepts were hindered for the sake of gameplay whereas Johnny and Asuka really came out as the real deal on day 1. Sure it took time for players to find out but they’re refined enough and took so well in consideration that many of the player base doesn’t mention how much they’re lacking. Bedman and Testament have fantastic concepts but they’re too scared to truly explore and take on, very similar to season 2 Sin. Give Testament a special that gives stain on hit and they’ll run rampant and can explore so many different stain options not needing to worry to land a crow. My opinion is purely based from a gameplay perspective. These two characters in particular play a two step game. But visual wise and thematics I 100% agree they’re fantastic and testament so far is my fave dlc!!!

​@matmil5 Sin was literally the worst character in the game for a entire year, and they took his one gimmick away and made it as static as it could possibly be.

Alright hear me out to actually use HC you need to throw a projectile to make it accurate while Elphelt just has a crackshot no need to for bullets or concentration however I still think both characters are good and Elphelt might have potential to be top tier what do you guys think

@@ChristryleBryxxClua-lu2kq I think an important thing to note is that her projectile only homes after a set distance. That'll make it significantly less useful inside that range, and the rest of her kit doesn't really seem to compliment zoning. She's not a zoner, she just has a good zoning tool if her opponent happens to be at full screen

Yeah i loved the moveset from Xrd too I like playing Noel Vermillion in games she's in but they were two different characters

It's kind of funny that Ramlethal uses her swords as projectiles whereas Elphelt uses her guns as melee weapons. They're kind of inversed versions of each other, and that's pretty cool
