Pretty sure Darkstalkers and Third Strike have rollback versions on PS3. If only Capcom would port those to newer systems...

Raw aka Gold Burst will give you full Tension gauge if hits and consume less burst gauge including burst restoration on hit. Emergency Escape Burst is when it used full Burst gauge, grant zero Tension but still have burst restoration on hit. Both, however, require full Burst Gauge.

@@omrizubary There’s ping display before you accept a match. If the ping is over 150ms, it’s usually unplayable, but you could get some good matches in. But anything over 300ms, FORGET IT, find someone else with a stable connection under 150. Over 300ms is a typical sign of bad Wi-Fi connections, so that’s how you know how to avoid those matches.

It's just difficult, 3 frame window or something like that. If you turn on inputs in training it'll flash to show you the timing.

The Missing Link > X (Plus) > X2 > XX Accent Core Plus > 2: Overture > Xrd SIGN > Xrd REVELATOR/Rev 2 > StrIVe Just saved you less than a minute on Guilty Gear lore. There’s also Drama CDs, manga, and novels, but that’s on your own time. The Holy Trinity of GG played Online and in official tourneys are AC+R, Xrd Rev 2, and eventually StrIVe. There’s also XX Reload/Slash, but I digress.

if you wanna get into Guilty Gear i’d recommend this one XX Accent Core Plus R on steam as they’ve updated the games netcode to rollback meaning it’s super good (also it’s always on sale for like $3). in April the new game Strive comes out, it is gonna play a lot slower and seems to have a more beginner friendly gameplay style.

dude, there is a Guilty Gear lore 101 in the Procastinators podcast that is so funny imo, not 100% correct but it gets the job done

Dizzy is upper mid tier IIRC. ABA is bottom 5 but can still be pretty scary. IDK if ABA is considered high execution or not

Look up Core-A Gaming’s video on rollback, and then Hold Back to Block’s video.

Basically, good ass netcode. Instead of the game freezing for everyone when you have a slow connection to catch up, it "rollsback" the game back to when it froze, then replays all of of the buttons everyone had been pressing. This makes stuttering significantly less of a big deal. Many Japanese fighting game devs haven't really been keen on rollback though, while western devs like Netherrealm jumped onto it years ago. This is why Street Fighter and Smash feel like shit online pretty often, while Killer Instinct and Mortal Kombat have way fewer problems.

@@jays.6843 Street Fighter has rollback, it's just implemented very poorly. It has a lot of instances of One Sided Rollback, where one person has an incredible game while the other person witnesses a stuttery mess.
