Your videos are great, and I love the way you speak too, I still have a lot of difficulty understanding spoken English, and you manage to convey the content in a very clear and easy to understand way. 😊
Hi Leo, really appreciate the content you're putting out (latency info is invaluable for example) the 'flux' feature in the HX One is something you can find in the controllers feature within Fractal Axe FX units, (attack/release times ) the line6 integration with the pedal is really good in any case
Thanks Leo wanted to mention in regards to The Line 6 HX one flux technology you're the only one that's explained just exactly what this does😊. This is something I've been utilizing manually since 2011 using the Roland GR-55 pedal with exact precision and customization as you can set up to eight different FX and/or parameters on the wah/foot pedal and have them come in or depart instantaneously and/or gradually at different percentages anywhere from 0% pedal up to 100% pedal down or anywhere in between or in reverse or you can have some effects come in and get louder and other effects get quieter or shut off or turn on completely any combination up to eight at the same time exactly as you wish As you move the pedal it is extremely versatile in my mind I can't think of a scenario it cannot do. That being said the HX one for me seems to be too steep of a price for the limitations there may be better options available.
Great recap Leo. I'd have to say I'm most excited about the Lion. The Mooer pedal also interests me. Again, would like to see how it stacks up against similarly priced multifx pedals as well as the Sonicake Matribox 2. God bless and rock on 🎸😎👍
Great video. I am interested in the tc, sounds definitely like a huge unit but with a small footprint. I don't think it is expensive for the functionality and the mojo it offers. Why does this channel hasn't got 1 Million subs, yet? It definitely should and would deserve it. Thanks.
The HX One really reminds me of the Eventide H9, in spite of the tech being different. It seems perfect for a pedalboard where you have all the basics covered - distortion, compression, delay, etc. - but you just need a "swiss army knife" pedal that can do pretty well any effect.
Hi Leo, I'm big fan of your channel!! I have a Ge 300, and as an Mooer user, I think Mooer should do more firmware updates before releasing new products... all other big brands have a good customer services trying to to their best in post selling. Mooer gave us 4 updates since ge300 was released. Thats is a pitty, mainly cause ge300 is a veeeeery good hardware, with the perfect size-price-beaty-versatile-sound, but Mooer prefers to sell more for more than to build customer loyalty
Hi, thank you so much, I'm happy that you appreciate the channel!! I think that in the last 2 years, Mooer has focused his effort in building guitars and audio interfaces....maybe things will change with the new GE 1000.... Thank you!
Thanks again for the superlative video. For me, the value of the Hx One is as an overdrive./distortion in front of one of the many desktop amps available, which often include models of amps, but leave the boost up to the user. For examples, the NUX Mighty Space is one of the few I've seen that includes this 9n a battery powered option (others are Katana Air, Positive Grid Spark), but for real portability I am thinking of Katana Mini, Yamaha THR Series, etc So in my use case, it is analogous to my OD-200 since most of those small amps have at least a rudimentary reverb. I so own an HX Stomp, but hesitate to take it out of my studio on many gigs becauede of the expense, Well, ok, I'm 83 so not many Flamenco gigs locally.... :) But the L6 units are excellent, IMO so I will probably use it in front of my Spark Go... :)
Mooer have came out a new version of intelligent powerbank size multieffects pedal, is called Mooer Prime P2. It has a completely flexible signal chain that can assign to whatever effects due to the dsp limit with a affordable price.
Hey Leo! You missed the new Ampero II Stage unit that was launched last month at the Music China expo too!! :D I assume you're doing a separate video on it then?
I think something that should be mentioned from these various products/makers is there history of software/firmware updates. For example the Mooer GE300 has had few updates. I have had gear in the past that has become pretty much useless as when they stop making it they stop updating it.
@@LeoGibsonGtr You the man! Always tuned! Please let us know if it can be used to play backing tracks through the speakers too. And do not forget to add any affiliate links for purchasing if you have any. Thanks!
I agree that MOOER 1000 seems some kind of update of GE250 model (which is their best sold model, and overall most reasonable /price vs options/ model so far). The design or number of buttons does not make so much sense, but hope the internal, procesors or soft would be new... The MultiFX-modeller market is growing, and even Fender this year released its own branded modeller. It means the Mooer and others should update their model lines.
I think that the two rows of effects of the Ge1000 (labeled A and B if I can see well) definitely means that you can also have a parallel signal chain. Otherwise that would be a greately missed opportunity from Mooer
Hi, thank you for your suggestion! Yes, it's would be an interesting comparison...some months ago I asked for an Amperium unit in order to reviewed...but they basically ask me to pay the full price, with just a little discount...I'm sorry, but I can't afford to buy everything...of course if they change their mind and send a unit...I will be happy to check it out and make some comarison videos...
Hi, thank you for your suggestion! It would be an interesting comparison, even if (sound wise) they mimic different amps....I have to think about it. Thanks!
Hi, I'm fine, thanks and I'm hope you are fine too! Actually I don't know....maybe you can check out the user manual to verify if the Laney is available...I thinks it's pretty rare in these kind of modellers, but I'm not 100% sure. Thank you
