Celebrate the release of the next-gen update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt with good music! Ard Skellig Village performed by Łukasz Kapuściński from @GuitarsAndDragons Location: Siedem Drzew (www.siedemdrzew.pl/)
@@YaGars for me they are both pretty different but Skyrim is more special. The Witcher 3 has some really beautiful folk music. I’m not the biggest fan of the combat music but to be fair I’m not the biggest fan of Skyrims combat music either. But overall, there is something so special and ethereal about Skyrims ost. It’s honestly one of a kind of it is better then the Witcher 3 for me.
And then, you walk out of that cursed house, haunted by a sad tale, only to be greeted by this song, playing on a field bathed by the sea wind, and pale light barely touching the warn thorn soil of those beautiful yet bitter Isles. Someone spits in the distance and you whistle to your horse, knowing that the next treck will be as bittersweet as the one before. And you long to find some warmth amidst the coldness of the downtrodden people. Your witcher eyes adjust to the world around you, the medalion's subtle tinkiling brings you to this sphere: gotta find the next contract. Pursue the next quest. Yet, you can't help but feel the smell of lilac and gooseberries.
These renditions have me thinking back on all the time I've enjoyed in Witcher 3, not just playing a game but forming happy memories that last, due in no small part to the wonderful music. Thanks to all involved for sharing these videos.
for those who didn't got the message this is a homage done by cdpr to the best artists whome featured the witcher 3 songs in the past years Guitars & Dragons/Malukah etc
The Witcher 3's soundtrack is so incredibly immersive and magical. Just listening to the music transports me and makes me so nostalgic. I'd listen to OST of Blood and Wine and just dream and long for Toussaint... What a masterpiece of a game that has the power to change a person and create so many memories that sink into your psyche and become so meaningful to you. CDPR really created a dream. Now only to be able to experience it for the first time again...
This is one of my all time favorite songs next to Fields of Ard Skellig and Silver for Monsters. I love it so much I learned how to play it on the guitar. Note, I do not know how to play the guitar. But I learned this song!!!!
Ok, just release the longplay with all of these songs and melodies, so i can play it im the car while driving to work. So i can think that i'm going to some great adventure, and not just to type numbers into Excel cells;)
