Three muscles for lip elevation are levator labii superioris, the levator labii superioris alaeque nasi, and the zygomaticus minor. The three vectors of these muscles converge to form a triangular region on the lateral side of the ala of nose. The center of this triangle, named the “Yonsei point”. The classical site of injection for gummy smile and it treats all the muscles responsible for lip elevation.
